It sounds like maybe you’ve zoomed out too much and that made your game screen smaller. You’ll want to set the zoom to 100% so it’s normal again. How to do this depends on what internet browser/type of computer you’re using, so Google it for more details if you need to!

How do you make your own guide?
To make your own guide, you’ll of course need to be familiar with what you want to write about. In the case of these island guides, just write down every step it takes to complete the island quest and maybe put in some pictures. ๐
i logged onto my account and there was a island called Nasa island ( nasa is a space
exploration company or whatever ) but when i tried to play it ,it said it didint exsist probaly
a flood but at least you now got a headstart for the guide lol.
on shrink ray island i pushed over the garbage can but i didnt put the thermostat all the way on red. i saved it how can i fix it without creating a new profile?

I really don’t like how the islands are getting more structured nowadays. It really takes away their charm. For example,SOS and the episodic islands. In SOS,it is structured so that you have to rescue one person slowly,then the ship sinks more,and repeat. The episodic adventures are also similar to this. I wonder if GHD island will be episodic….that will be a first.
Thankfully,it wasn’t episodic. That would have killed me. LITERALLY

(Apologies if this sounds a little weird, I am having trouble wording this properly) Have you considered adding the island’s difficulty level to the names of your guide links? Like, instead of “24 Carrot Island Guide” it would be “24 Carrot Island Guide (Ranked 1 out of 3)” or something along those lines? If this has been answered before then I must have missed it, and I am sorry for asking again!
I mean, the difficulty is on the menu when ever you select an island on the map (ex. Skullduggery is 3 skulls out of 3). So, I don’t really see why that would be nessecary, especially when the user is using a guide to help them.
Thanks for the suggestion. However, we’ve found that people’s perceptions of an island’s difficulty varies, and may not necessarily agree with the difficulty levels stated on Poptropica itself. So to avoid that confusion, we haven’t implemented this on our guides.
hi, this may seem like an obvious question, but i can’t find a ton of the islands! when i go to the map it only shows me 9 pages of islands, 28 islands total. these include the home island, monkey wrench, 24 carrot, mythology, time tangled, mission atlantis 1, 2, & 3, mystery of the map, shrink ray, escape from pelican rock, survival 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5, virus hunter, poptropolis games, monster carnival, poptropicon 1, 2, & 3, galactic hot dogs, timmy failure, mocktropica, and arabian nights 1, 2, & 3. i know there have been several important updates since i last played poptropica, but i still remember a lot more islands than these. i can’t seem to find any of them, including a lot of the ones you have right here on your page. have they all been deleted or moved somewhere? i know this seems really stupid, or maybe i’m just not looking in the right place, but i would really appreciate your help as i am missing out on a ton of islands!

So, I’m on “Time Tangled Island” and I’m at the part where I have to click on the watch (time device) to go into the past, however, it keeps showing me the loading sign. I can move and all that but I can’t switch into a different time period. I already restarted everything too, please help.

You could try playing on a different web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc) or even a different device (Poptropica now syncs your progress when you log into its mobile apps).

On Time Tangled island, I can’t open the time device. I have flash up to date and I have tried in another web browser. Nothing works.
You could try playing on the Poptropica mobile app, and your progress will be saved when you play on the computer.
Shouldn’t Legendary Swords be among the Poptropica Original Islands category instead of the Miniquests?
Even though it is on the island map, it is still a miniquest considering that it is more like an action based game more than the traditional islands made which were more than just action.
Also it did also had it’s own gold card years before it got put on the map (of which I believe was this year).
If it being more action/skill-based excludes it from being an island, than shouldn’t islands like Reality TV and Poptropolis Games be considered minigames? No; they’re on the map and have their own medallions.

Well, I guess it might as well be set as both since it always has been since 2013/2012 yet it is also on the island map and it comes with a medalian.
Quite honestly is there more to being an island than just being on the map? Because Legendary Swords has always been a mini-quest. That was until they decided to put it on the map.
I dunno, something about LS is so radically different from almost every other island. Maybe because it feels like an action game.
Although, islands like Poptropilis Games and Reality TV are islands where all you gotta do is win the mini-games to complete them.
It definitely feels like a minigame to me. If I remember the beginning of the LS correctly, itโs just a cutscene with you in a rocket ship out to space. You never got any backstory. I guess you were bored…
But then again…. you COULD argue that survival is the same in a way. You are just in a blimp when there is a storm. But you could also argue that there was a backstory to it, since you clicked on that island and your blimp has to travel there, meaning you get caught in the storm.
I donโt know, Iโm just ranting at this point, but like Greedy Shadow said LS, feels different from any other island and I personally wouldnโt count it as an island.
Well, almost all of the islands have this set (unoffical) formula:
– Problem/ mystery solving
– exploration/ adventuring
– puzzle solving (it’s debatable that some islands don’t have this)
– action (through platforming, avoiding hazards, fighting, stealth, riding, performing special stuff [like that bowtie from Spy island])
– mini-games (some islands don’t have this)
Dr. Hare’s Revenge is considered an island and Legendary Swords isn’t
