Big Nate Island, Comics, Sneak Peeks

Don’t be tardy!

Don’t be tardy! The school clock says it’s time for class.

You probably guessed it – a Big Nate sneak peek! Thanks to Grumpy Wolf for the reminder! Anyway, this sneak peek is obviously showing a school clock, probably from Nate’s school. Blog picture below:

Blog Post Title: Time for Class
Description: Oh no! I better get to school!
Image URL: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_AvKb4IREAik/SWusNntKN3I/AAAAAAAAACw/mv5v319G9uw/s1600-h/schoolClock.jpg
Image Name: schoolClock.jpg

On closer look it seems that the material around the clock is a little broken…

Also, here’s a Big Nate comic from the Creators to keep us all in the spirit of Big Nate. Thanks Blue 6254 for the reminder first.
Here’s the image link: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_AkTCxo8C1Ys/SWynWi7u6HI/AAAAAAAAAEQ/eHHbvUE5hyc/s1600-h/bignate_bottle.gifย For more Big Nate comics, visit Comics.com!

Special Note: It is not a race to be the first to tell everyone about a new post on the Creators’ Blog. We’ve had many comments saying the same thing (“New post on Creators’ Blog!!!!”) and it is very annoying. If someone has already mentioned it, don’t bother to say it again – it’s not necessary. If people continue to spam and repeat the same thing over an over again, it will show us that you cannot handle this and we will stop giving out credits. Please comment appropriately. Thanks!

Anyway, remember to check the other sneak peeks below when you’ve got the time! ๐Ÿ˜†

Astro-Knights Island, Sneak Peeks

For all your rocket needs…

Yay – another sneak peek! Thanks, Neat Whale for the reminder. This time it seems to be showing the mysterious Mechanical/Medieval island again. From the looks of it, it seems to be a repair shop (or something along those lines) for mechanical equipment, like rockets! The rocket in the sneak peek looks very similar to this previous post of a spacecraft from the Creators: could it be related? Anyway, here’s the blog picture:

Blog Post Title: AstroZone
Description: So where do you go when the nueroplasmic space calibrator breaks down on your VXS-4001 LX spacecraft?
Image URL: http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_gw_QYz_mHpo/SWZ_mKzQJTI/AAAAAAAAAHQ/L1TpS3pskE4/s1600-h/astroZone.jpg
Image Name: astroZone.jpg

Based on the description, it seems that part of your rocket, called the “nueroplasmic space calibrator” is going to break down, and you might need to go to AstroZone to fix your spacecraft model VXS-4001!

Also,ย the flying cheat code (Ctrl + Shift + F5) has been fixed by the Poptropica Creators. Sadly, that means we can’t use it anymore. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

By the way, remember to check out these two other Poptropica sneak peeks below if you didn’t do so yet – The Old Captain (Big Nate) and France in Poptropica? (French?).

Big Nate Island, Comics, Sneak Peeks

The Old Captain

Another Big Nate sneak peek. Thanks, Mat888 for keeping us informed! The title of the Creators’ blog post tells us the man in the picture is probably Cap’n Salty, who seems to have a building named after him on the upcoming Big Nate Island, as shown in a video from before known as Big Nate and Me. Anyway, the picture is below with all the information you need to know about it!

Blog Post Title: Cap’n Salty
Description: Here’s an interesting character you might run into on Big Nate Island!
Image URL: http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_gw_QYz_mHpo/SWVA9hzvwoI/AAAAAAAAAHI/aRUr5qs9wFU/s1600-h/capn.jpg
Image Name: capn.jpg

And while we’re on the subject of Big Nate, here’s another comic shown from the Poptropica Creators’ Blog a while back about Nate’s new year resolutions. Zany Moon should be happy to see this!

The image link for that comic strip was http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_gw_QYz_mHpo/SWI8wzMEnVI/AAAAAAAAAHA/Y5Hj1LDeMtM/s1600-h/BigNate_NewYears.gif. For more Big Nate comics, visit Comics.com!

There’s also an exclusive sneak peek about a French-themed island on Poptropica in the post below, so make sure you check that out, too! ๐Ÿ˜€

Counterfeit Island, Sneak Peeks

France In Poptropica?

Hi Poptropicans!

Poptropica Help Blog hopes you are all having a wonderful 2009 so far. Meanwhile, it looks like the Poptropica Creators have been working on a French-themed island! Thanks, Nervous Lizard for keeping everyone informed. Could it be related to this other sneak peek on France from before, called ‘First Steps‘? Notice the Eiffel Tower and flag of France in the blog picture below:

Blog Post Title: Crepes Anyone?
Description: When waffles, pancakes, or eggs just don’t hit the spot, try a more foreign taste like crepes. I like mine with strawberries and whipped cream, yum!
Image URL: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_q9BePaDQLzI/SWOErnDA12I/AAAAAAAAAB8/OVSLkD09UNE/s1600-h/crepes.jpg
Image Name: crepes.jpg

Sadly, we don’t know the official name of this island yet. It looks pretty cool though! ๐Ÿ˜€

Advertisements, Astro-Knights Island, Sneak Peeks

A Blend in Time and… a bear hat?!

A blend in time? You’ve got it: another sneak peek of that mysterious Mechanical/Medieval Island. Blog picture and information below:

Blog Post Title: Past or Future?
Description: Is this a scene from medieval history, or from the high-tech future?
Image URL: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_q9BePaDQLzI/SUaTyigLZqI/AAAAAAAAAB0/HzXGJK9sl2o/s1600-h/comfy_inside.jpg
Image Name: comfy_inside.jpg

In this sneak peek we’ve got an indoor room containing a (glass?) window, a suit of armor with red radars, two floating wooden barrels with some kind of technology attached to its top and bottom, and a lion banner. Definitely a mix of medieval and mechanical! Because of the description given by the Creators, the medieval can be considered “medieval history”, while mechanical can be called “high-tech future”. ๐Ÿ˜€

adbearNext, the bear hat. You’re probably thinking, now what could that possibly mean? One of our very own blog staff members, Codien, secretly found a picture of what the Poptropica Creators were working on. He says it’s a bear hat, and according to him, it’s for a new advertisement.ย He provided a picture for us on the left.

That’s all we’ll say about this for now… ๐Ÿ˜‰

As a reminder, we all know Nabooti Island was released a couple days ago. For those who haven’t finished it yet and need some help, the guide is available here at:
