Hi everyone! As you can probably guess since I’m posting in this blog, I’m a new author! =D Hijuyo invited me to this awesome blog, so here I am! 🙂 Some of you already know me from my blog, Poptropicalthunder’s blog, on the PHF, or just by my comments here. Some of you, however, may not, so here’s some info about me:
I live in the USA, and I love Poptropica, helping others, and chatting. =D I love playing Soupwords or Paint War on Poptropica, and my poptropican name is –of course– Green Seal. 🙂 I hope to see you guys in Poptropica some day! I’m 12 years old, in 7th grade, and my birthday is on September 12. Oh, and here’s the most important thing you should know about me: I’m obsessed with cheese. =)
I’m gonna be posting updates on Poptropica on here, and I hope you’ll all like me *cough* and give me cheese cookies. *cough*

Styling of hair has been a big thing in Poptropica for the past years. But as of yet the creation of a beard has not been a hit. Whether it’s that pre-pubescent children just cant manage to sprout a few hairs on their chin, or 8 – 15 year olds can’t even get the option to customize those golden bearded curls.

Anyway, back to the post. Isn’t that the kid from the Fuel Up Ad, minus the “UGH-OUR-SCHOOL-MENU-SUCKS” mouth? Just an observation. =D
This post is obviously referring to the infamous Counterfeit Island. Here’s what PHF member Shaggy Tornado had to say about it, and I agree:

i think i know what the plot is about! A thief stole a painting and left a forgery, a counterfeit (hence the name) and u have to look for the painting and the thief!
Sounds possible, right? But of course, there’d be lots of other things in the plot, not just what Shaggy thought. I think that Master Mime is the head honcho of some huge counterfeit operations, and we’ll have to take him down.

In this other Counterfeit Island Sneak Peak from the Bard, we can obviously tell that:
The Bard is inside an art museum
The picture in the frame is obviously not the one that’s really there
in Counterfeit Island
This sneak peak further proves the “stolen painting” plot, stated above
The Binary translates to “The Scream”, a painting by Norwegian artist Edvard Munch.
Also, has anyone noticed that the Creators are posting ALOT? I mean did their free time just double or something?
New Ad: “Night at the Museum 2”!

OK, first of all: WHY WOULD ANYONE, IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WANT TO RE-ASSEMBLE A DINOSAUR? They’d have to have a death wish. “Oh thanks for putting me back together…I’ll just skip to the end of this and eat you.”
The goal of this ad is to find all of Rex’s Bones and re-assemble him. Once you do that, you get an awesome “Museum Guard” outfit, and Rex gets dinner. Works out for both of us, right? 🙂
S0me of you may remember how in my previous post I talked about finding a flashlight. When I posted about that on the PHF, member Serious Glove guessed that the flashlight would be apart of this ad! Congrats SG!
Before I end this post, I wanna say that I’ll be modifying The Poptroportex to include this ad!

New Store Stuff! Shark Boy from the Poptropica Creators’ Blog changed his avatar in honor of one of the two new costumes to arrive at the Poptropica Store – the Tiger Shark! (Notice the amazing dead fish!) For girls, you can also pick up a Swan Ballerina outfit. Thanks to Xarr for this update.
Tiger Shark – Basically looks like the shark costume from the Shark Museum at Shark Tooth Island. But with this costume, there comes a twist where the boring gray color of the typical shark becomes a thrilling striped orange. You can also Customize the awesome fishy and toss it in the air by pressing the space bar!
Swan Ballerina – The title says it all! It’s a pretty dancing ballerina costume mixed with a taste of swan. Isn’t it beautiful? 😛
Santa Buddies Ad
For younger children (6 to 11 years old), a nice Christmas adventure awaits you at the Disney Santa Buddies advertisement building! You can find it on Main Street of most islands. Thanks goes to Incredible Fish for the update.
Once inside the building, go to the right side to be briefed by the white instructor dog, Santa Paws, about what to do. The goal is to get all five brown reindogs in time to deliver Santa’s presents so everyone can have a very merry Christmas season! xD
You have sixty seconds to round up all 5 dogs. To the right side of the Santa Paws is a snowy landscape, and if you explore the area, you should be able to touch 3 of the dogs. The other 2 dogs are hidden back inside the advertisement building, on the higher platforms. When the time is up and you have succeeded in your mission, you will watch a little cutscene where you get to drop gifts down the chimneys!
After the cutscene, you will be presented with two prizes – a green elf costume with antlers and a surprise box. The elf costume is similar to last year’s, except that there is no nose attached to the antlers and the pants are yellow.
The surprise box can be used (by clicking on the ”Use” button on its item card) to spray gift boxes all over the place, then having them magically clear up. YAY BOXES!!

And who is this new Creator, Master Mime? I think it’s safe for us to assume that he’s the villain (or one of, it is called “Counterfeit” Island) on Counterfeit Island!
Or, he could be a good guy. As you might know, mimes like to act things out without saying a word; so perhaps the mime of Counterfeit Island will be giving us clues?

Everyone’s heard of Counterfeit Island (well, anyone who’s read the other posts), so this will pretty much simply confirm it more for you. If you haven’t heard of it, you’ve been living under a rock without internet access. The new Creators’ Blog post is about the characters on Counterfeit Island.

And so we have a: Police Officer, Construction Worker, and Clerk. Is it just me, or does the clerk look…I dunno, Frenchy? No, not French Fry Frenchy, but French Island Frenchy? Her hat in particular. I wonder what the plot for French Is- I mean, Counterfeit Island will be. XD
