-Poptropica Help Blog Sneak Peaks-

Welcome to another wonderful week of ‘Poptropica Help Blog Sneak Peaks’. These posts are posted every week on Sundays. In every new post there will be stories that only we have. And only we post them. These stories are classified and are very secret.
This week’s story is ”The Little Wooden Boy”, It is about a puppet that wants to become a boy.

-The Little Wooden Boy-
I’m not a puppet, I’m a real boy.

Geppetto, a poor old wood carver, was making a puppet from a tree branch. “You shall be my little

boy,” he said to the puppet, “and I shall call you ‘Pinocchio’.” He worked for hours, carefully carving each detail. When he reached the mouth, the puppet started making faces at Geppetto. “Stop that, you naughty boy,” Geppetto scolded, “Stop that at once !” “I won’t stop !” cried Pinocchio.
“You can talk !” exclaimed Geppetto.

“Of course I can, silly,” said the puppet. “You’ve given me a mouth to talk with.” Pinocchio rose to his feet and danced on the table top. “Look what I can do !” he squealed.

“Pinocchio, this is not the time to dance,” Geppetto explained. “You must get a good night’s rest. Tomorrow you will start going to school with the real boys. You will learn many things, including how to behave.”

On his way to school the next morning, Pinocchio stopped to see a puppet show. “I can dance and sing better than those puppets and I don’t need strings,” boasted Pinocchio. He climbed onto the stage.

“Get off my stage,” roared the Puppet Master. Then he noticed how much the crowd liked Pinocchio. He did not say anything and let Pinocchio stay. “Here, you’ve earned five copper coins,” the Puppet Master told Pinocchio.

"Every time you tell a lie, your nose will grow. When you tell the truth, it will shrink."
"Every time you tell a lie, your nose will grow. When you tell the truth, it will shrink."

“Take these coins and go straight home,” said the Puppet Master. Pinocchio put the coins into his sack.

He did not go very far before he met a lame Fox and a blind Cat. Knowing that Pinocchio had money, they pretended to be his friends. “Come with us. We’ll teach you how to turn those copper pieces into gold,” coaxed the sneaky Cat.

“We want to help you get rich. Plant your coins under this magic tree. In a few hours they’ll turn to gold,” said the Fox.

“Show me where,” said Pinocchio excitedly. The Cat and Fox pointed to a patch of loose dirt. Pinocchio dug a hole and put the sack in it, marking the spot with a stone.

“Splendid !” exclaimed the Cat. “Now let’s go to the inn for supper.” After supper, the Fox and Cat, who weren’t really lame or blind, quickly snuck away and disguised themselves as thieves. They hid by the tree waiting for Pinocchio to come back and dig up the money. After Pinocchio dug up the coins they pounced on him.

“Give us your money!” they ordered. But Pinocchio held the sack between his teeth and resisted to give the sack to them. Again they demanded, “Give us your money !”

Pinocchio’s Guardian Fairy, who was dressed all in blue and had blue hair, sent her dog, Rufus, to chase the Fox and Cat away. She ordered Rufus to bring Pinocchio back to her castle. “Please sit down,” she told Pinocchio. Rufus kept one eye open to watch what was going on.

“Why didn’t you go to school today?” she asked Pinocchio in a sweet voice.

“I did,” answered Pinocchio. Just then, his nose shot out like a tree branch. “What’s happening to my nose?” he cried.

“Every time you tell a lie, your nose will grow. When you tell the truth, it will shrink,” said the Blue Fairy.

“Pinocchio, you can only become a real boy if you learn how to be brave, honest and generous.”

The Blue Fairy told Pinocchio to go home and not to stop for any reason. Pinocchio tried to remember what the Blue Fairy told him…

If you would like to read the rest of the story. Please go to this site. http://www.childrenstory.info/childrenstories/pinocchio.html
Its full of clasic children stories thay everyone will love.

Ahhh. You have to love classic children stories. And you’re going to love this even more when it comes to Poptropica.

Yes this lovable wooden puppet will be in an advertisement in Poptropica coming out in a month or two called (i’m guessing) Walt Disney’s Pinocchio.

You will be able to get the fairy godmother and the Pinocchio costume.

So that’s my Sneak Peaks this week. Next week will be a surprise. Maybe something that it is a little bit mummy like or something that is a little bit sneaky. See you next week.

Froot Loop Pirates have landed!

After many weeks those Pirates that Codien saw have landed. They have crashed on a giant pointy rock, and are roaming Poptropica right now.

 flpadvertisement
Yesterday, PCB announced that they had released a Pirate Adventure Advertisement, Just for 6 – 8. Just for 6-8!Doesn’t Poptropica know that there are people older then 8 that are playing.  So the only way to do the advertisement (If your Poptropican is older then 8) is to make a new player , and set the age betwen 6-8.goldenkey

The new advertisement, based around Pirates, is advertising Froot Loops newest fruity treasure, ‘Frooty Golden Bars!’ The Froot Loop Treasure Chest Building can be found on Spy Island, 24 Carrot island, and Early Poptropica Island , and can only be accessed via a golden key.
This golden key has been broken up and given out to 3 Pirates. These Pirates are hidden around Poptropica and will only give you the key after you complete a game.
The 3 games are ‘Rebuild the Map’, ‘Pirate Labyrinth’, and ‘Pirate Target Practice’. Each one is easy yet challenging.

After all three pieces of the key are handed to you, you will then get access to the Froot Loop Building. Inside is Toucan Sam and his gang, all the games you played to get the key , a advertisement movie about the froot loop gang finding the golden bars, and a special prize thats goldeny. 😀

NOTE:To do the advertisement or find the pirates your Poptropican must be between the ages of 6 – 8. Which means if you seem to not be able to find the pirates then its because your age is to high. Create a new player with the right age and do the mission.

The Pirate locations are:

flpspylocationThis pirate can be found on the roof of the Headquaters in Spy Island.
To win a piece of the key “ye must prove your worth at the target range” in the game Pirate Target Practice’. You use your mouse to control the cannon, you can hold down to extend how far the cannon fires.
Your aim is to get all the Froot Loops, PLUS the new Golden Bar,  and get as many points as possible. Remember
shooting the images of Black Beak will cause you to loose 25 points.

flpeplocation
This pirate can be found on the roof of the Pop Art Museum building which can be accessed via the blimp rope in Early Poptropica Island.
To win the piece of key “ye must put back together thee map” in the game ‘Rebuild the Map’.
Your aim is to put the map back together like a puzzle.

flp24location
This pirate can be found on the roof of ‘Charlies’s Surplus Co.’ building which can be accessed via the gas pumps in 24 Carrot Island.
To win the piece of key “ye must finish thee maze in time” in the game ‘Pirate Labyrinth’. You use your mouse to move the golden bar piece around.
Your aim is to reach the end in time. You can extend the time by getting froot loops. Remember hitting the images of Black Beak will take off 5 seconds.

-PHB 400,000 Touchdown Countdown-
Yesterday in America the 43rd annual ‘Super Bowl’ was held. As an Australian i have know idea what it is but I’m guessing its some kind of cereal eating contest. No, i know what it is and i know the the Steelers won. Which is a shame because there was an Australian Football player in the Cardinals squad (I think he was the kicker guy). Did you guys watch the ads? 😀
But while I’m on the subject of football, Poptropica Help Blog is soon to score a touchdown of their own. And this time it’s worth 400,000.
So if you would like, i want you guys to count down, or rather count up to 400,000!
Lets do this!
Darn, you guys are too fast for my post. We have already hit 400,000! Wait a minute…WE HAVE REACHED 400,000!

PARTY!   400,000 PARTY!    PARTY!

Thanks guys for getting to 400,000. We are getting more and more visitors everyday.
From the PHB Team: Thanks!. Without you guys we wouldn’t have a site….well we would but it wouldn’t be viewed. 😛

Nabooti Bugs, Problems and More…

If you are looking for a Nabooti Island guide, click this link:

https://poptropica.wordpress.com/island-help/nabooti-island/nabooti-guide

We have been getting a lot of comments saying that their items are disappearing, can’t get off this item, what do I do?

Well because we are a Help Blog, I think we should help them.

Disappearing

If your items keep disappearing (e.g. The Ebony Elephant), make sure you haven’t traded it for a Fingo first. If your items are disappearing when you walk out of the room then try this:

-In your Internet Browser, go [Tools]

-Then click on [Delete Browsing History…]

-Then delete Cookies and Temporary Internet Files.

If your Problem is still persisting, then I think Poptropica might have a bit of a bug problem. Regrettably, the Poptropicans who can’t complete Nabooti Island due to this are going to have to wait until Poptropica fixes it.

Phone Disconnection

As many of you know. A couple of days after Nabooti Island was brought out, Poptropica got rid of the ability to get hand items from the Phone.

But Poptropicans can still get the Police Outfit-911, Ned Noodlehead-1337, the Brain Helmet-411 and the Christmas Outfit-1225.

But please remember that when you use one of these codes. The items from the outfit will replace your original outfit. The only way to get your previous outfit back is to find it again.

E.g. The Brain Helmet will replace your hairstyle. You can’t take it off; the only way to get it off is to get some new hair.

The Busiest Week

I would like to inform everyone that this week alone, we have gotten over 50,000 views. That brings our total of views past 200,000.  😀

I think everyone deserves Milk and Cookies all round.

In Other News…

The NEW simpler, easy to read Nabooti Guide will be brought out latter today. This is because some people are having trouble understanding some of the guide.

Remember to look at the previous posts so you don’t miss out on anything.

Spy Island, Web Development

Spy Island Quest page!

I’ve finally added the Spy Island Quest guide page onto the blog! Check it out here: https://poptropica.wordpress.com/island-help/spy-island/spy-island-guide/.

It could use some more details, so if you think you can help, post a comment there saying what you think could be added! If I approve your ideas, your name gets added to the “Special Thanks” section on the top of the quest guide’s page.

I hope you find the guide helpful! If you are having trouble with it, don’t hesitate to ask. Enjoy! 😆
