Howdy, Poptropicanos, my name is LJ! I’ve been playing Poptropica for as long as I can remember, and I’ve been blabbing about it here on the PHB for over 9 years. Wowie, the time sure goes by fast when you’re having fun. Beyond the realm of Poptropica, some of my hobbies include drawing, taking long strolls, collecting way too many cool things I don’t have room for, creating unique characters, and letting my imagination run wild in my daydreams. Scary Tomato: I’m not sure, but I always say it as “pop-trop-ic-a”. Also, I don’t have a gun on my avatar, it’s just a belt with some metal on it, you can get it from a policeman on Super Power Island. 😉
I say it as “pop-tro-PI-ca.” If I made a mistake on saying it, I would of said “pop-trop-I-ca” or “pot-rop-PI-ca.”

They probably put the Down for Maintanence sign because the Poptropica Creators wanted to improve Poptropica. Maybe. It happened to me once too.

I saw my teacher yelling at my classmates at school for being on Poptropica instead of doing math. That’s how I found out about Poptropica.
Maybe he found out from funbrain. Thats where i found out. 😉
I found it out from my best friend. She told me how INSANELY AWESOME it was on the phone, like, almost 2 years ago.
one of my best friends told me about poptropica. (actually a whole bunch of them, all at once)
believe it or not, at first i didn’t even want to play it. 😛
but then when i started playing it i thought it was so cool that i played it in every spare moment.
now i have like 8 poptropicans, own a poptropica fan club (a google group), and play on poptropica whenever there’s a new island. and of course i comment on this blog *a lot* 😀

Scary Tomato: It’s usually a default component on most computers. You probably have it too – if not, just search the Internet for a free editing program you can use. 😉

Scary Tomato: A Poptropica account automatically gets deleted if you haven’t logged in for 6 months… that’s the only way I know of. 😉
Why would you want to ever delete one of your accounts? I think Poptropica is awesome! With all of the new islands coming out, I think it’s especially great! But I know everyone has their own opinion. 😉
But if you have a recurring Membership, it will keep your acc till it is cancelled.

Hey when I do the customizer button, and I click on someone holding something, can i get the thing they’re holding?
Scary Tomato: Nope, but you can get most of what they’re wearing. Handheld items can’t be Costumized unless it’s a special occasion (advertisements, holidays) though. 😉

Scary Tomato: You get a medallion for every island you complete, but there’s no extra prize for doing all of them. 😉
