But how do you cash in on this crazy contest? Simple. Just fill out this form, along with your answer to the question: “What’s the BIGGEST thing Poptropica could do to improve?” I’ll leave you to  think on it!

If you’re looking for something that will increase your chances of winning, here’s some things that will help, sometimes DRASTICALLY.

  • Having a PHF account (include your username in the form)
  • Joining Lockerz. (links to a PHF thread)

So the things you’d need to include in your comments are:

  • Your email,
  • Your answer (to the question above),
  • The custom name you’d like your account to have,
  • and Optionally:
    Your PHF account username,
    The email you used to join Lockerz.

And as in every contest, here are the rules:

And we’re back! New developments have arrived! It appears that the evil Dr.Hare is selling a new product called “Meteor Shower” on the black market! Unfortunately, the product has a dangerous side effect – it spreads and infects like wild fire! Currently it is being sold for 250 credits. Hazmat Hermit has been working hard to find a cure, with no success yet. Spy Island agents are…shaking the info from numerous sources, trying to discover Dr.Hare’s location. No one is sure yet how Dr. Hare escaped from his eternal orbit in outer space.

Yes, the moment we have been waiting for… COUNTERFEIT ISLAND! (Except you have to buy the early access pass to get in… :|) The Early Access Pass to CI is now out in the Poptropica Store, for a bit pricey amount of 500 credits.  Thanks, Super De Struguri!

Even though you get 200 credits for completing it in the Early Access period, you still end up losing 300 credits. xD But for some people it might be worth it to play it early.  😛

Counterfeit Island will be available to the public in January 2010, as the Poptropica Creator Dr. Hare has stated in his post:

So, those of you who have the credits and can’t fight the irresistible urge to buy the Early Access Pass, go ahead and buy it!  I can’t, sadly, because my mom won’t buy any credits for me. T_T =P Oh wellz… I guess I can wait until January…. or I can go to another account and do it! YESH! 😀

Hello, fellow poptropicans! =D Some of you might have noticed that there’s 2 new delicious looking store items (Thanks, Bobitator!) and 2 new Creators’ posts!  There’s also now a page about Counterfeit Island telling what the plot of the island is.  =D

In the Poptropica Store, there’s two new items:

Anyway, there’s another post on the Creators’ Blog, by Master Mime!  (Thanks, Johnny!) It shows some sketches of the Counterfeit Island Gate Keeper.  0_o He scares me…

Doesn’t he scare you too?  0.o The title of the post was “Counterfeit Island Gate Keeper”, and the description was:

Here is some concept art for Counterfeit Island. Watch out for the Gatekeeper! You will only like him when he’s…crazy.

I think he’s crazy enough. 😛 xD If you look at the homepage, there’s a link to a page about Counterfeit Island’s plot!  (Thanks, TyrianCF!)

So, the description talks about the plot, saying that you will have to explore the “dark and dangerous side of Counterfeit Island” and save the famous artwork from the person who’s out to steal it.  This probably includes that Thomas Jefferson painting, and the Scream.

New Poptropica Updates!

    There’s a new side ad on Poptropica, for the Cartoon Network TV show “Total Drama Island” (which I think is a VERY dumb show :P). SHAME Creators! Check out its picture below. It appears whenever you change scenes. Poptropica must really be getting up there if they’re getting money from Cartoon Network…O_o

    The Snowman costume is a…well..Snowman. With the Snow Fall, you can brighten up your gaming experience! It causes snow to fall from the top of your screen to the bottom, which is really cool. I don’t think either is worth spending Credits on though.
