So, the description talks about the plot, saying that you will have to explore the “dark and dangerous side of Counterfeit Island” and save the famous artwork from the person who’s out to steal it. This probably includes that Thomas Jefferson painting, and the Scream.

Too late to comment,but it looks like two items were never released from looking at the swf. One is the thing that you use to examine the paintings and the other is the Paint Palette Watch

A roof spout in the form of a grotesque or fantastic creature projecting from a gutter to carry rainwater clear of the wall.
Hmm…this probably means that there will be a big castle/wall/fortress thing in Counterfeit Island, with “grotesque and fascinating creatures” on the wall.
***I thought this was supposed to be the FRENCH island, but on the description of Counterfeit Island, it shows nothing at all do with France/French stuff. Do you think it’s different…???***
no! its the same! if you look at the description for CI, you can see the truck from the sneak peak in march of the “french island”. plus, in the background of the ribica boat, you can see buildings in the background, fench buildings, like big ben, or eiffel tower…
i think it still takes place in france because they have to use those frenchy sneak peaks in some island
Maybe ‘you’ll like him when he’s… crazy’ is some kind of clue… like, you have to make him ‘crazy'(whatever’s meant by that) and then he lets you in? Just a thought.

Thats weird(okay, maybe not that weird), on some PCB posts about Counterfeit Island (like the scooter chase and the cottage) takes place on daytime, while in the page to the plot of Counterfeit Island, it takes place at night. Does that mean it takes place at both day and night? (kinda cool, actually)

Actually, I’ve concluded that the blue sky is just the default background when creating the island. If you look at a PCB post for the Astro Zone on the moon, it has a blue background.
It doesn’t scare me. hehehe

The Couterfeit island plot reminds me of a book called “Masterpeice”- by Elise Broach. SOunds cooler than reality TV! Criminals are ALWAYS fun!!

The Counterfit Island is located in France for sure. One reason is because France is a place famous for art (Eiffell Tower, ect.) Another reason is that in the picture it shows a room with skulls all over the walls and skeletons. In paris underground they have a room very similar where they stored dead bodies from wars. It is illegal to go into there without permission which would add to the whole evil thing. That and all of the arcitecture looks like France.
