Bringing Mighty Action Force cards to life: 4-Player Edition ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿƒ

Hey Poptropicans, this is a guest post by Invisible Ring. Enjoy!

It’s a bird? It’s a plane?ย  No, it’s me! Invisible Ring, creator of the REAL-LIFE Mighty Action Force card game, has RETURNED!

That’s right, readers! This Poptropican was but a fellow Mighty Action Force fan, who emerged from PoptropiCon Island and forged her OWN Mighty Action Force card game that she could play in real life, anytime and anywhere she wantedโ€ฆ then shared it with the PHB online, so that EVERYONE can print out and play their own Mighty Action Force game, too. (There’s also an Astro-Knights edition!)

But she had not yet shared ALL of her Mighty Action Force games, which brings us to the here and now. If you’re already acquainted with these games, then you may be looking for a bigger challenge. Heck, you may even be itching to play this game with more than one player at a time.ย And that is where the 4-PLAYER Mighty Action Force game comes in! Download below:

Packed with new cards, new rules, and new game variations, this third and final edition of my real-live MAF series not only provides a new mighty challenge but brings all other Mighty Action Force games together โ€” perfect for parties and family fun!

Some assembly required. This offer is invalid where prohibited, some restrictions may apply, batteries not included.

Check out the demo of the multiplayer game in action:

If you have any questions, feel free to leave them in the comment section below. Otherwise, enjoy the Mighty Action Force games!

Pop Petition: Make Mighty Action Force multiplayer

This is a guest post by Beefy Penguin (username: Durbadal) petitioning for Mighty Action Force, the card game from PoptropiCon Island, to be made into a multiplayer game for the Arcade. Enjoy!

Hi there, fellow Poptropicans. I’m Beefy Penguin, and I just finished the PoptropiCon trilogy. My favorite part? Mighty Action Force.

For those who don’t know, or need a refresher, Mighty Action Force is a Trading Card Game (TCG), which is a game where you collect different cards or trade them with others to build a deck and compete against others).

Now, I am a TCG fan (I play Cardfight Vanguard, a world-famous trading
card game), so when I saw the Mighty Action Force TCG, I felt that the
game deserved much more care and focus in the world of Poptropica.

So here’s what I’m petitioning: MAF should be released as a multiplayer TCG in the Arcade, so players can collect cards and compete with each other. (In fact, they should make a special room just for this game!)

A collection of Mighty Action Force cards.

Each player would have a basic deck, but that could be just the beginning. Single cards and booster packs could be obtained through quests, mini-games, trades, or purchased through credits. With so many characters on Poptropica, the possibilities for new cards are endless.

The game would be played against other players, head-to-head, in real time. A few new rules could be introduced to this game, like a clan system, the ability to boost your action with the power of another card, and to be able to defend against opponents’ attacks with the cards in one’s hand.

Poptropica has a lot of games in the Arcadeโ€”but nothing like this. It would be a great addition to the player experience, so I’d love to see it happen.

Until next time, stay popping!

Beefy Penguin out.

Cryptids Island, Daily Pop Sneak Peeks

Makeup tests on Tibetan mountaintops

Perhaps you know about the failed gif on the PCB a couple of days ago. Well, no need to be curiously sitting and wondering what it was all about.

Animation re-test

(Please go here to see the gif, as I am unable to copy and paste nor save it)

Nothing like a make-up exam.

SHARK BOY

Although, if you examine if long enough, you may notice that the gif does stop after a while, in the same position it seemed to be eternally stuck in on the previous post. There is a strong chance the horse may be from Wild West island, as you immediately think horsies and pretty ponies when you think cowboys!

Notice how the horse looks awfully similar to a new Daily Pop picture?

Thereโ€™s also several more Daily Pop picturesโ€“ check them out!

It looks a bit like Uno– but the title does say Jack. Perhaps a Poptropica form of Slap Jack, Black Jack, or even an entirely new game!

“Now, lerkey here, Creators. Yer release Cryptids Island sooner then planned and we dun have to report you to the Sheriff. Ev’rybody wins.”

These baddies don’t scare me! *whimper*

I don’t think I want to know either…

Hey, look! Thereโ€™s Captain Crawfish, kids!

RCG: Oh, hi Captain Crawfish!
CC XII: Agggghhh!
RCG: Got a toothache?
CC XII: Youreโ€ฆyouโ€™re one of those bratty PHB people who always like
to eat me!
RCG: Itโ€™s all cool. I donโ€™t like seafood.
CC XII: Oh, very wellโ€ฆI guess I can tell you about the new post.

Tales from the Cryptids

Cryptids Island can be dangerous for an old salt like me. Sea legs Iโ€™ve got. Mountaineering arms, not so much. Good thing I found a guide to help me out.

Cryptids Island will be open to everybody next Tuesday, January 18!

CAPTAIN CRAWFISH

Whispers from the shadows: Mmmโ€ฆsalt.
CC XII: Who said that??!?!
RCG: No one. Itโ€™s okay, Crawfishy.
CC XII: Arghhh, Iโ€™m not so sure about that.
RCG: Oh, well. Itโ€™s a shame I didnโ€™t bring any salt myself, but I guess youโ€™re already bloated from it, living on the seas and such. It was nice knowing you. Iโ€™m glad we could become acquaintances. โ€ฆOk guys! Come on in!
*rest of PHB team appears*
CC XII: B-b-but you said you didnโ€™t like seafood!
RCG: I never said that the others didnโ€™t like seafoodโ€ฆ

*THUNDER CACKLES*

(lights flicker on an off until there is complete darkness)

Random PHB Member: Hey! That’s my finger! AGGGHH! SOMEONE’S EATING MY HAND!
Random PHB Member 2: I’m eating someone’s hand? *barf*
RCG: SOMEONE GET OFF OF ME BEFORE I SMACK THEM!
Random PHB Member 3: Where’s that Crawfish Dude? He’s gotten away!

CC XII: Heh heh… now, onto my next adventure!

More tales from the Cryptids

Whether an ocean or a lake — or “loch,” as some call it — I’m always more comfortable on a boat than on land. But during my trip to Scotland in Cryptids Island, I was the passenger and not a captain. I even found time to take pictures.

Did I find proof of the Loch Ness Monster?

CAPTAIN CRAWFISH

RCG: *sigh* Notice the strange ridges along “Nessie”? They don’t exactly look like scales. I think you only saw truck tires or giant rusty mechanical gears.
CC XII: How’d you get here?!
RCG: Oh, I’m apart of the PHB posting a random update, and this is only written text. That means I can go where ever I want, as long as the words take me! You’re simply only typed up as well. Did I mention I’m a secret sorceress?
CC XII: That makes no sense…
