Part 2 (of 4) of the Poptropica comic, Super Hot Dog Boy, is here!
There’s also a Froot Loops advertisement on Poptropica. To see it, go to one of the “in between” areas. (Like the pathway between Main Street and the Ancient Ruins on Shark Tooth Island, for example.) It’s basically a big poster with a video that advertises the Froot Loops cereal. Video, Hot Dog Boy comic (1 of 4), and original drawings!
The Poptropica Creators have been posting many cool things this week! They’ve shown a video, a comic, and even some original drawings of what Poptropicans might have looked like!
First, the video – a demo of what Poptropica is like!
Secondly, the comic! It’s called Super Hot Dog Boy – Part 1 of 4 (so that means there will only be 4 comics of the Super Hot Dog Boy story), and it is about Ned Noodlehead, the owner of the Comic Shop on Super Power Island! Because it says ”Part 1 of 4”, you can expect to see 3 more of these comics coming soon!
Lastly, the Poptropica Creators also showed some of the original drawings they created for what Poptropicans might look like. For the first picture, they say they were just having fun with the dry-erase board:

Choose Your Own Adventure: Spooky Village

The title of the Poptropica Creators’ Blog post is “Spooky Village” and the name of the image is “village_elements”! From these titles, I guess that the sneak peek is part of a spooky village.
Goofy glasses bonus!
Edit: The goofy glasses are gone from Super Power now, but you can still get them from Spy Island’s glasses shop.
New bonus item! This time it’s a pair of goofy glasses. Here’s how to get them:
- Go to Super Power Island.
- On Super Power Island, go to the City Park, move all the way to the right and enter the bathroom. In the bathroom, enter the Sewer Room by clicking on the manhole.
- At the Sewer Room, move to the left side until you see a red wheel. Click on it, and the water level will go lower.
- Now move all the way to the left again. You should see a pair of goofy glasses floating in front of the wall. Reach for it, or click on it, to get it! The word “BONUS” will appear for a second in gold letters. You will now be wearing the goofy glasses!
- If you can fly, activate your flying power. All you have to do is fly to the north-east direction until you can’t move anymore. Just click to go up and you will be brought back to the bathroom. Click on the door to go back to the City Park.
Otherwise, to exit, look for a red wheel and turn it. (The red wheel should be on the very right side. Go to the right side, and jump on the 3 brick walls there to make your way to the red wheel.) The water level will rise.
Now go to the left, until you see another red wheel. Turn it, and the water level will rise again. Now you have to move to the left again, until you see another red wheel. Turn it and the water level should start rising again. Next, move all the way to the right, jump onto the brick wall at the top, and press to “Go up”. Enjoy your goofy glasses!
