Before I start this pretty much pointless post, I just want to say sorry for not posting in awhile. Life just got in the way for a little bit. But, I’m back and hopefully I’ll manage to stay back for at least a little while.

Anyway, like I said before, this is pretty much a pointless post. Although, it isn’t just a pointless post. It’s a pointless post about a pointless post from the Creators’ blog. There’s a big difference between the two. 😉

As you might already know, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is going to come out for everyone tomorrow! …And for some reason the Creators thought that we would need to be reminded about that…

The wait is almost over. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory will be available to everyone tomorrow, December 6! Keep an eye right here — we’ll let you know the second it’s available.

Hey guys, Part 2 (of 6) of Zomberry: Day Zero has arrived!

Sheesh, this Joe Puddy guy doesn’t give a care for those fruits. Especially not that “Banantelope” (RIP). I don’t think an apocalypse possibly caused by fruit smoothies would change his mind at all. But… hmm… I’m getting suspicious of him. It looks like he wishes people would shut up about fruits. The lady (it looks like she could be either his wife or his sister) is really trying to shove that banana down his throat too.

Now, what’s gonna happen next??? We’ll find out most likely tomorrow!

Zomberry: Day Zero- Part One of Six

Now, the Creators have done something that they haven’t done in a LONG time…. made a comic promoting an island! It’s called Zomberry: Day Zero, and it’s going to be a 6-part comic describing the origin story of Zomberry Island! The first page has been released today. Here it is:

Joe Puddy… that’s one of the names on the Dawn of the Dead spoof printable poster! But it seems like the lady with the beret’s going to be important to… who is she?

It seems like in a city filled with fruit-eating Poptropicans, Joe’s the only one who prefers meat. And the lady’s pretending Joe’s a hungry lion with the “banantelope” being his prey or something like that. Well, we’re probably going to find out more about this new comic in the days to come! In the meantime, we can only wonder what caused this Zomberry Apocalypse.

Wow! What happened to the PHB?

First of all, yes, this is still the same Poptropica Help Blog you’ve come to know and love. With the recent re-design of the PHN, I thought the blog could also do with a makeover that would make it more clean, easy to navigate, and eye-pleasing. Behold the new theme: Lifestyle!

And here’s the ‘before’ shot of the previous theme, Ocean Mist, in the same image dimensions:

It might take some getting used to, but hopefully you’ll enjoy this new theme with its larger page navigation buttons, access to our other Poptropica Help networks at the top, wider screen, and more.

Leave some feedback to let us know what you dig and what you don’t! The new design is for the benefit of you, the reader, so we want to make sure you like it. If you’ve got suggestions, write a comment and we’ll look into it.

Also, there’s a new header up for the Christmas season, and it’s that time of the year again when “snow” falls on the blog! Plus, there’s new pages on the PHB for the Tribes of Poptropica, so go support your team! Hope you’re enjoying all the new changes! 🙂

Zomberrified Updates

That’s right. I just said ‘zomberrified’. u mad bro?

So, we’ve just learned that the totally awesome (and yet slightly ominous) island is called Zomberry Island. The Creators have interested us by releasing two awesome posters.

(See that? Released by Mews Corp, rated P for Poptropica? I do believe this is interesting.)

And not only do we get these posters, but we also get the fantastic new… common rooms! That’s right, remember the innuendos and outuendos floating around about the tribe common rooms? Well, they’re confirmed now!

You just need to go to your epic profile on Poptropica and ‘Join Room’! This’ll take you to your secret hideout where you’ll meet with other tribesmates. Pathfinders, hope to see you there!

Also, remember that these common rooms are special in more than one way; they’re interactive. Hunt around the vast rooms to see what you can interact with, besides your friends! 😀
