As you can probably guess, this is a post about some more of the creators’ favourite island. And as you can tell I desperately wanted someone to say Mystery Train. It is WAY my favourite island. Alas, it has not happened. Let’s just show you.

As you may know, this Poptropica Help Blog (PHB) turned four years old on July 26th! PHB readers were invited to join the mega party on the PHC and it was a blast.
The chatroom was filled with lots of people, the conversations were rapid, there was some DJing with the YouTube player, and the Multiverse room exploded in fireworks, balloons, and birthday cake hats. Many authors showed up for the PHC/PHB Author Night – Slanted Fish, MT, Shaggy, Super Thunder, Brave Tomato, Rainbow Dash, and even past author Cool Wing.
There were lots of chat regulars and new faces, so thank you to everyone who came to hang out with us and have fun! And for those who couldn’t make it, remember that the PHC is open all the time as a regular chatroom for Poptropicans. 🙂

Lately as some of you may have known, the creators are putting more and more work into individually sharing those islands that they like the most. Quite naturally for some poptropican gamers, today’s island on the agenda is…
Cryptids Island!
Director D sure has a pick, huh? For those of you who haven’t yet taken the quest on this island, the main goal and plot is to hunt down exotic creatures, find evidence for their existences (such as the loch ness monster), and of course foil the plot of evildoers along the way. You can play Cryptids Island simply by visiting it on the map. Although this island has been out for over a year, it’s still quite an adventure. Nice pick, director. Honestly, though, I’d thought you’d choose Spy Island.
Further more Director D also points out his fascination over the Legendary Swords adventure! You can now pick up this gold card for free, non-member and member alike, in the poptropica store. Have fun chopping the heads of evil robots off.
Lastly, as all of you have heard the news, I’d like to take a moment of silence on behalf of those who’ve suffered greatly the past weekend. At a screening of the Dark Knight rises, twelve people were killed and 58 others injured in debilitating conditions during a shootout. The suspect even showed up in court today. So, for some reason, the Creators thought that we would like to know what islands are their favorites. And they’re starting with Captain Crawfish.
You might think that his favorite island would be Skullduggery. After all, he’s the star villain in it. But I guess he likes being the hero better than being the bad guy.

My favorite is Red Dragon Island. I love the art for old Japan, and I especially like all the cool ninja powers you learn to use near the end. You wouldn’t expect an old sea salt with a peg leg could master the grappling hook, but I did it!
