It’s EP here, and this is a quick yet sweet and short post/announcement. GHOST STORY ISLAND IS NOW OUT! Members can play the full version of this spooky island whilst non-members can play a partial version of it just to get a taste of what it’s like!

And finally, new changes are coming through the air of Poptropica. It seems to happen a few times each year. The creators have perhaps refurnished graphic effects and overall look and feel of the game. A new post has an image detailing these “changes”:

Well, they’ve added a bit of detail as it appears to me. If you look carefully at the building blocks there are detailed textures on them. They also added shadows and clouds apparently.

How many new things can you spot?

The app has arrived!

Attention, all ye poptropicans. The long awaited app from the Poptropica creators has finally arrived! The creators have been hinting at it for MONTHS. They’ve given us time to time snapshots, photos, and updates. Finally after all this time, the app is available for purchase in the iTunes Store!

The app is titled Poptropica: Tips and Tricks. It’s the only app by the creators. The app is available for purchase for all Apple product users here: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/poptropica-official-tips-tricks/id476956418. Use an android? Fear not. There’s another app for Android users on the Android Market. Android users can find the app here: https://market.android.com/details?id=com.pearson.poptropica.

This app is amazing! If we zoom in closer to the image, you can tell there’s a variety of features to be used. There’s news of updates to the app on “What’s new”. You can access a list of island guides by tapping on the button. Then from there on out, each island has a different page (such as the Game Show Island example they had earlier) where you can view the complete walkthrough, items to obtain, goals to achieve, and even boss fights on certain islands.

The app is currently free (thanks to those who found this typo, owe you one, guys). It comes with Game Show Island, but to purchase other islands you will need to pay 99 cents for each.  Get yours today!

Remember the post that I made all the way back in September ( http://blog.poptropicahelp.net/2011/09/16/phone-tropica/ )? Well, the Creators are putting the finishing touches on this phone app!

There’s even more info in this picture! It shows the characters on the island in the background, and there’s also the island logo, game guides, items, goals, and bosses! 😀 The items will  probably show what items will be collected in the island. Goals, I’m guessing will probably tell you, when you have a specific item, what to do with it. Bosses will be (obviously 😛 ) who you will battle.

Hopefully this app comes out soon! I can’t wait! 😀

The return of Holiday festies

Hello, readers. It’s EP here today. First off I’d like to note that the holidays are coming very soon! It doesn’t matter which holidays you celebrate around this time whether it be Christmas or Hannukah or some other holiday. So in order to celebrate to get into the Holiday mood, the creators are putting a few old items back into the store.

So here we have it – three costumes have returned once more! You can choose from the Holiday Ball and then to the Snowman or Tangled in Lights. These items will be available for a limited time. But once the festies are over, they’ll be gone until possibly next year. Get yours today! Each is only 75 credits (or free if you are a member). My personal fav. is the Tangled in Lights :D.
