Good eveningโ or good morning depending where you live. Are you ready for Pop news? Let’s go!
Pop player KrishMortyJunior aka Krish made a video called “The Poptropica Iceberg Explained”. The 18-minute video covers each layer of the Poptropica iceberg, which details fun facts, Easter eggs, notable creators, and scrapped content relating to the game. Check it out:
There are so many facts covered in the video that you’re bound to learn something new. And we appreciate the inclusion of the PHB around the 5:44 minute mark โ thanks, Krish! ๐ฅฐ
In other blog-related news, it looks like we can no longer leave comments under posts on the Poptropica Creators’ Blog. We find that pretty suspicious, since fans have been calling for the Creators to update their blog, which has been silent since February. Instead of answering fans’ cries, they cut off one avenue of communication.
The Pop Creators’ Blog no longer accepts new comments.
What’s going on behind the scenes? The game still receives small updates, but the Creators don’t talk about anything outside of social media. For example, they recently shared a “Popstorm” tutorial on drawing a planet using artwork from Galactic Hot Dogs. It’s neat but nothing substantial, even with the Gatorade joke in the caption.
Poptropica is definitely in a weird state. At least fans like Krish are able to keep the game alive. If you want to talk to fellow fans, come join us over on our Discord server,ย the Poptropica Help Chat (for ages 13+).

Like before, Jake used the unofficial Flashpoint download to access many of the old mini-games โ more about that in our Old Islands Guide. However, not every mini-game is still playable, and some can only be explored through old fan videos (or our mini-game guides).
*Although Jake takes us through many mini-quests, including a couple on the Nintendo DS, the video misses a few newer releases from Haxe Poptropica. He also doesn’t go through the bonus quests that some classic islands had, though he suggests it could be a future video. Anyway, here’s his tier list (S-tier as best, D-tier as worst):
Cool video, Jake! It’s fun to see many of these classic games live on in memory, and at least some are still playable with Flashpoint.
What did you think of the rankings? Share with us in the comments!
Hey Poptropicans, this is a guest post by Invisible Ring. Enjoy!
Greetings, Poptropica fans! Invisible Ring is back, and the next post of the PoptropiCon Saga is finally ready to go.ย
Nearly a week of conventional madness is all covered in Parts 1 and 2, and it ends with a dramatic turn of events. Now, here come the next three issues! But first, a blurb:
The tables have turned, and an awakening of evil has come out of the shadows. Itโs lights out for everything we thought we knew before. Like the Reign of Omegon, a resistance has formed, retreats have been made, and desperate changes of tactics have been set into motion.
The true boss behind the Omegon invasions is dangerous and unpredictable, and PoptropiCon is the only place to find more information about this mysterious maniac. But time is running out. The war is escalating, and the next battle threatens to be too much for the Con to hold… Prepare yourself! The fight is about to be relocated. We must be ready to leave PoptropiCon and finish the battle somewhere else!
Issue #7: The Force of E. Vile
Issue #8: The Roundabout
Issue #9: When the Storm Strikes!
โฆYou have been warned.ย
To find out where the rest of the robo-battle is going, stay tuned for the next part of the PoptropiCon Saga!
