Another Big Nate Comic and Pink Panther 2 Mission!

Hello all; Smockers here! It’s been quite a long time since I have posted (my last post was on New Years Day, in fact)! I was very busy with school stuff, but enough about me. To start, we get a new comic from the PCB! Hopefully, Big Nate Island will be released soon. Anyways, comic below (go to the Poptopica Creators’ Blog to view it full size!):

Thanks to Shiny Leaf for the above and below news! What could be under this text? Why, a Pink Panther 2 mission, of course! That’s right; on Spy Island, you can find this building:

When you go inside, you will be present with a mission to find the stolen Pink Painter. You have an inventory at the bottom of the screen. You will receive and find items that will ultimately let you find out who the criminal is. The title of the Creators’ blog post tells us the man in the picture is probably Cap’n Salty, who seems to have a building named after him on the upcoming Big Nate Island, as shown in a video from before known as Big Nate and Me. Anyway, the picture is below with all the information you need to know about it!

Yay, another sneak peek! IIRC, this is our second video sneak peek of Big Nate Island! It shows the main street of Big Nate Island. Apparently, Nate follows you around during your journey on Big Nate Island. Um.. stalker much? LOL! Anyways, enough words! Video below!

There’s a new advertisement in between places on most islands. It’s advertising a Speak Out on PBS Kids. Clicking on the top of this ad will bring you to this webpage: http://pbskids.org/speakout/. Here’s what it looks like:

There is also a new poll on the Poptropica Creators’ Blog! It asks you what your favorite island is so far. Presumably, Nabooti is winning by a landslide. And good reason, too; it’s a fun and challenging island!

Guess what? There’s going to be a new island coming soon, and it’s based on the comic strip, Big Nate! So currently, we can confirm of these islands coming soon: Big Nate, Reality TV/”Survivor” island, Mechanical/Medieval island, Choose Your Own Adventure/Nabooti, and the French-themed one. Any other islands are just rumors, unless the Poptropica Creators say otherwise.
