Goofy glasses bonus!

Edit: The goofy glasses are gone from Super Power now, but you can still get them from Spy Island’s glasses shop.

New bonus item! This time it’s a pair of goofy glasses. Here’s how to get them:

Go to Super Power Island.
On Super Power Island, go to the City Park, move all the way to the right and enter the bathroom. In the bathroom, enter the Sewer Room by clicking on the manhole.
At the Sewer Room, move to the left side until you see a red wheel. Click on it, and the water level will go lower.
Now move all the way to the left again. You should see a pair of goofy glasses floating in front of the wall. Reach for it, or click on it, to get it! The word “BONUS” will appear for a second in gold letters. You will now be wearing the goofy glasses!
If you can fly, activate your flying power. All you have to do is fly to the north-east direction until you can’t move anymore. Just click to go up and you will be brought back to the bathroom. Click on the door to go back to the City Park.

Otherwise, to exit, look for a red wheel and turn it. (The red wheel should be on the very right side. Go to the right side, and jump on the 3 brick walls there to make your way to the red wheel.) The water level will rise.

Now go to the left, until you see another red wheel. Turn it, and the water level will rise again. Now you have to move to the left again, until you see another red wheel. Turn it and the water level should start rising again. Next, move all the way to the right, jump onto the brick wall at the top, and press to “Go up”. Enjoy your goofy glasses!

Sunglasses, Arrive Lounge and Choose Your Own Adventure!

Another Bonus, Sunglasses! – The golden trophy cup is no longer available, and if you were holding it, it would have been removed from your hand. But now there is another bonus to get: Sunglasses! Here’s how to get them:

Go to Time Tangled Island.
On Time Tangled Island, move to the right and jump on the roof of Pendulum’s Lab. From there, jump onto the nearby window ledge, then up again until you reach the top window ledge. There should be a wire with crows on the left. Jump on that, and you should be on top of a dome. If you aren’t, try jumping on the wire again until you are standing on the dome.
On the dome, move around until you see a gray arrow in the middle of the dome. Jump onto the arrow. You should see a pair of sunglasses there.

Click on it and your character will wear it. The word “BONUS” will appear for a few moments, then fade away. Please note that the sunglasses are not an item, and will not appear as one in your inventory.

The Arrive Lounge – There is a new advertisement building in Time Tangled Island, Main Street, Super Power Island, Main Street and Early Poptropica Island, Main Street – The Arrive Lounge! It is at the right side of the island. Inside the building, you can try on 6 sets different clothes. (Like the Masks & Capes shop on Super Power Island)

There is also a place where you can take a photo of your character. To take the photo, go inside the photo booth (located on the right side), make sure your browser’s pop-up blocker is disabled, and click on the green button with a picture of a camera! You can also save the picture of your character on your computer!

Choose Your Own Adenture! – The Poptropica creators say that they’re working closely with the publisher of the Choose Your Own Adventure book series to create a new island. They have said that this island will take you on a trek through Africa, where you’ll be seeking out the stolen jewels of the Nabooti tribe.

Nim’s building and trophy bonus!

On 24 Carrot Island and Shark Tooth Island, there is a new building! It is about Nim’s Island and you can enter it. Inside, you can play Nim’s Island Quiz Game (left side), read the Nim’s Island Synopsis (middle top of the building), try out 2 cool Nim Costumes (right side), look at a Nim’s Island DVD cover and watch a trailer of the DVD (left side)! (Every island’s Nim buildings are the same.)

But even more interesting is the new bonus you can get at Booga Bay on Shark Tooth Island. Please note that it isn’t an item and will not show up as one in your inventory. It is just an item you hold. Anyway, here’s how to get it:

The bonus trophy!

Go to Shark Tooth Island.
On Shark Tooth Island, go to Booga Bay.
At Booga Bay, jump on top of the “Grass Skirts” sign.
From the “Grass Skirts” sign, hop on to the top of the coconut tree on the right side.
From the top of he coconut tree, you should see a golden trophy with a green circle on it standing on a big shark-shaped rock on the left side. Now click on the trophy to grab it! When you grab the trophy, the words “BONUS” will appear in gold for a few moments.
Congratulations! You are now holding the trophy. If you don’t want to hold it anymore, just use the Customizer tool on somebody and then click on the trophy in your hand.
