You probably already know that the Poptropica Store includes some free stuff you can claim. But now there’s more, and it’s called Free+. Let the Creators’ Blog explain:
You might have noticed a new icon on some of the items in the Poptropica Store.
What is Free+? Free+ means that the item is free for everybody who wants it, and also has some extra-special features for Members. When you play “Shrink Shot” or “Prepare for Impact,” for example, you’ll get additional powers and prizes if you’re a Member.
So, kinda cool for the members, not so much for everyone else. 😛 But still, it’s nice to have free stuff, and when an item is labeled Free+, it just means that Poptropica Members will get extra features or prizes. Nice.
In other news, Legendary Swords releases on tomorrow’s legendary date – 11/11/11! That’s not gonna happen for another thousand years. It would be pretty epic to release on 11:11am/pm, too. Plus, if it’s your 11th birthday that day, kudos! I myself will be 15 on the 15th, so that’s awesome too. xD

1: MONEY LADDER!
Money Ladder made its debut today!
This game is like Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? It’s a trivia game that tests your smarts on the outside world, not just Poptropica. Lifelines are also available for members only: the Professor, the Athlete, and the Starlet, all robots. Money Ladder has three levels, and you have to answer each question correctly to advance!
Once you pass all three levels, the prizes arrive! They are the Robot Dance, the Robot Costume, and Binary Rain! Available to all!!
Robot Costume: This costume has no special action, but it looks awesome with its bright glowing futuristic look!
Binary Rain: When you activate this card, a rain storm of binary numbers comes pouring down!
Robot Dance: Activating this makes your character bust a move and do the Robot!

2. HAUNTED HOUSE!
Have you noticed the Haunted House gold card lately?
One: It’s free and Two: There’s a bubble that says there’s an ALL-NEW PRIZE! Want to know what it is? Go to the angel and enter the party below. You’ll find this!
Zombie costume! You now get to zombify other Poptropicans and costumize the costume for yourself! Unfortunately, it’s kinda stuck in the wall… People speculate that it will release on the first day of October, so wait to find out! 😀
EDIT: Zombify has now released! Get out there and become one of the undead! 😀 There’s also a new guest at the party: a zombie who says “I’m feeling dead on my feet” (Thanks Mstorm/Mbones/Madrigal!)

3. LION KING AD!
The Lion King ad is here, in celebration of the Lion King in 3D releasing in theaters for two weeks only.Walkthrough provided below:
People say that it’s available on Shark Tooth for all ages. You have to beat Simba, Timon, and Pumba’s scores for diving in the splash zone! You have to follow the beam of light and collect bugs on the way to increase your score. Your prizes are Simba’s roar and Rafiki Outfit!

Sounds interesting! Looks like the “super-smart robots have taken over the world by winning all the money and prizes from game shows.” (PCB) This is probably the island where the E.Vile robots originate and where the Mr. Yoshi stuff come from. IF you remember all of the Daily Pop sneak peeks about robots and such, this is the island! Can’t wait for this one! 😀 More info will follow soon!

Two new members-only costumes have made their way back to town too: The Cryptids Nessie Hat and the Hypnotic Costume!
The Cryptid Nessie Hat was only obtained if you happened to spot the Loch Ness Monster in the Cryptid minigame! This was one of the rare prizes. The hypnotic used to be obtained by clicking the middle window four floors up from the ground on the green building in Poptropica Towers on Early Poptropica. It’s still there, but if you click on the window, it will say member’s only. This has been noticed by many PHB readers. Get them while they’re hot, because you only have a week to date to get these elusive costumes! And if you haven’t got the 4th birthday costume, keep trying! 🙂
