Sounds interesting! Looks like the “super-smart robots have taken over the world by winning all the money and prizes from game shows.” (PCB) This is probably the island where the E.Vile robots originate and where the Mr. Yoshi stuff come from. IF you remember all of the Daily Pop sneak peeks about robots and such, this is the island! Can’t wait for this one! 😀 More info will follow soon!

Two new members-only costumes have made their way back to town too: The Cryptids Nessie Hat and the Hypnotic Costume!
The Cryptid Nessie Hat was only obtained if you happened to spot the Loch Ness Monster in the Cryptid minigame! This was one of the rare prizes. The hypnotic used to be obtained by clicking the middle window four floors up from the ground on the green building in Poptropica Towers on Early Poptropica. It’s still there, but if you click on the window, it will say member’s only. This has been noticed by many PHB readers. Get them while they’re hot, because you only have a week to date to get these elusive costumes! And if you haven’t got the 4th birthday costume, keep trying! 🙂

Man, Game Show Island is a ton like Steamworks Island. Maybe some of the robots from Steamworks got onto Game Show Island to escape and took over. It’s a possibility.
Wow, they added the hypnotic costume to the store? Convenient, yes. This is for others who have never found this mysterious outfit. But they wouldn’t know about it unless they looked on this blog so they probably were too lazy to get up and get it at a point.
I was wondering what the prize was for finding Nessie on that sneak peek! Well, ya learn something everyday. :3
This does look like steamworks island, and the name reminds me of RTV. It looks like its gonna be a lot harder though!
The creators need something new… but game show island? it sounds like a copy of RTV and a bit of the abandoned feel of steamworks. I guess i just have to wait a bit longer for rainbow-unicorn lollipop island XD

Yea, but it has it similarities to Steamworks.
True. The plants took over the island on Steamworks. In GSI (LOL, not CSI), the robots took over the game shows.
Yeah, steamworks was mostly about plants, but there was sproket and the mech and stuff like that.

this island will probably take up in mulitiple cities, new york, tokyo, constantanople, somewhere in spain, maimi, a fear factor game show, obstacle course game show, spinning game show, fill in word game, tight-rope walking, factory scene, alien enviornment, a museum, a club, and a under water place.

They should have called it E.vile Robot Island.. Its more catchy to me than Game Show Island.. The name Game Show Island sounds like Reality TV Island. (Why name two islands a similar name??) Even Robot Game Show Island would be better.. It sounds like a good island but needs a better game.
(I think after this they should release Monster Carnival Island..)

Why do people always mention MC island? It’s never going to come! They incorporated many of the features into 24 Carrot. In other words, its no longer even planned. Forget it.
ST: Not everything. Rabbots and carrots weren’t in the original design of Monster Carnival. Even though it might not come, we still have some hope 🙂

Personally, I hope they don’t make a masterchef island because the show is bo-ring!! And, it’s not funny. Talkin’ ’bout your generation is funny. Now, THAT would be a great TV-themed island. but you know what else would be great?
Kane cronicles island (based off the awesome books. You get to train as an Eygtain magician!)
39 clues island (Join Amy, Dan and the others in helping to defeat the Vespers.)
I am number four island (YOU are number eight (or five). and YOU must fight along side Four, Six, Seven, Nine and Ten)
Percy jackson island (you discover you are the half blood child of a greek god (parent is decided upon a quiz a random person gives you at the start of the island)
Tv island (where people get warped inside their tv and into the world of cartoons and terrible sitcoms)
Pet island (I place where people are disapearing and you get to turn into different animals to solve mysteries and kick some evil behind!)
Pie island (not sure what the plot would be about, but it would definately involve pie)
