Heh, I mean, what’s popping, Poptropicans? Blake here, with a little bit of football fever! Or “soccer”, to you Americans. (I’m sorry americans please don’t eat my family) As you may know, Germany won the FIFA World Cup this past weekend, and as promised, the Creators have released their uniform as a free costume for everyone in the Store! But get it quick – it’ll be gone after one week.
So anyway, in addition to that, I have this screencap of me breaking the game. Physics is dead.
Have any of you experienced this glitch as well? Let me know in the comments below before the giant fire-retardant spewing plane eats me! Seriously, this thing won’t stop following me. Make it stop.

Gooooall! Well, er, not quite yet – but the Creators have promisedeveryone (not just members this time!) a free costume this coming Monday, to celebrate this year’s World Cup champion team. Now the question that remains is which it’ll be: the great Germany or ardent Argentina?
Don’t forget that members can also collect 8 free football costumes in one item card from the Poptropica Store, featuring the teams that made it to the 2014 quarter-finals.

Hey everyone! I just went on Poptropica and saw a new members only costume card in the Store! On a recent post from the Creators’ Blog, they said they’ve got soccer fever, and so they created uniforms for the 8 teams that made it to the 2014 World Cup quarterfinals!
As you can see, I’m wearing the Brazil uniform! The other teams represented are Belgium, Argentina, Costa Rica, Netherlands, Colombia, France, and Germany! Here’s a picture of the uniforms:
I love the jerseys! My favorite jerseys are those of Argentina, Belgium, and Colombia! I wish the US made it to this stage, so we could get a US costume. Oh well. 😛 I’ll see you all later! Bye!

I’m confused now – which island will release its next episode first, Survival or Mission Atlantis? On one hand, the Atlantis: Ep. 2 medallion came first, followed by the incomplete one of Survival: Ep. 4…
…and, on the other hand, the Creators have just released a new members-only freebie into the Store for Survival: Episode 4: the Rhino Costume!
UPDATE: As noted by Enricc1, if you have a friend wearing this costume, you can customize it from them, even if you’re not a member! HP (username: puterpop) is currently wearing the Rhino, so you can customize this two-piece outfit from him if you’d like. Hurry, before the Creators fix it! 😛
Also, everyone can now play episode 3 of Survival (Distress Signal) on the Poptropica iOS app for iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch. And not only that, the Creators have confirmed that this episode will also be online for everyone tomorrow, June 26 (Thursday)!
Oh, and Episode 2 of Mission Atlantis (Fortress of the Deep) will be released on the same day (June 26), but only if you’re a member. We’ll have the walkthrough here on the PHB as soon as possible, so keep an eye out for it! 🙂
Back to the medallions, though: they’re arranged in the order of the islands, and the next installment of Mission Atlantis looks like it’ll come before Survival’s, seeing as that medallion came first. (That is, unless the Creators go rogue and break their pattern again, which has been happening quite a bit lately…) Long story short: Atlantis: Ep. 2 for members tomorrow, Survival: Ep. 3 for everyone on the app now as well as online tomorrow! Now to wait for Survival: Ep. 4…

Complete Poptropica game on mobile
PHB reader and PTFP owner Silver Wolfrecently informed everyone that for a small price of 5 dollars, you can play all of Poptropica on mobile — not just the islands that have been released on the Poptropica app! See below for the steps.
It works for both Apple and Android devices, which is something that the Poptropica app currently does not feature. Do note, however, that you will have to have an internet connection of some kind for this to work.
Here’s a basic outline of the steps involved:
Download the app “Photon” by Appsverse on the iTunes Store or Google Play Store. It costs US$4.99.
Wait for app to finish installing, then open it.
Enter “poptropica.com” in its search bar, then tap the lightning bolt to activate Flash. Enjoy!
To improve your mobile Poptropica app, click the gear icon to enter the Settings, and set the mode to “Game” and bandwidth to 6. You can choose from a few formats to play the game, but drag works best for Poptropica.
You can read her extensive directions here — remember that I have not been able to try this out, so if you do try it, tell us the results in the comments. 😀
Yesterday, the card was re-uploaded to the store, now with Master Mime on the front of card! If you had the original Avatar Studio Card in your inventory, it too is updated.
I’m sad that Shark Boy was replaced by Master Mime on the card; it just doesn’t feel the same.
New iPhone handheld
The iPad handheld for the Poptropica App was recently removed from everything — inventories, costume closets, etc. — that is, until it reappeared in a new ad that I found on Main Street of Early Poptropica and Monster Carnival. The video ad stand awards both the iPad handheld and a new iPhone handheld for watching the app trailer!
