A Pumpkin-ized Poptropica

At the North Logan Pumpkinย Walk in Utah, some beloved Poptropica Creators unleashed their creativity by building a pumpkin-based exhibit for Poptropica! Here are the photos from the Creators’ Blog. ๐Ÿ˜€

Too good to be eaten! And if you visit this Cache Valley display this season, who knows – you may even get to see a Poptropica Creator! ๐Ÿ˜›

Do you like it? What other Poptropica elements should have a chance to shine?

I see skeletons, skeletons everywhere

A new Skeleton Power is now in the Poptropica Store! It’s a gold card item that’s 75 credits, or free for members. Click on “I’m a Skeleton” to turn into a skeleton, or “I See Skeletons” to turn every character in the area into a skeleton! The costume comes as a head piece and body piece you can customize off.

Now that’s something you might want to consider for the PHB’s 4th Annual Halloween Costume Competition! Show us your spookiest and greatest Poptropica costume here for a chance to have it featured on this blog.

As for making it big – Poptropica just recently had the 500 millionth character created on their website! It’s another milestone this year along with Poptropica turning 5 years old and releasing its 30th island. Go Poptropica! ๐Ÿ˜€

ย If Poptropica were a country, it would be the third biggest in the world.

How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop?

There’s a new ad in town! You may need a younger account and one of the Main Streets you can find this on is Super Villain Island’s. Thanks to Samwow5 and Tough Spider for their help in the guide.

When you get to the advertisement, go in and you’ll find a boy sucking a lollipop. He asks you whether or not you know the number of licks needed to finish a Tootsie Pop, and you reply that you donโ€™t know. Then you’ll need to go upstairs and ask Mr. Owl.

The instructions say: Keep the Tootsie Rolls from hitting Mr. Owl, so he wonโ€™t get distracted from licking the Tootsie Pop. Tip: Stay on him and jump around next to him, or just stand in front of him. If you do it correctly, he stops at around 60 because he accidentally bit it off. He gives you the prizes, aย Tootsie Pop Costumeย and theย Mr. Owl Follower.

ย Now you try: get a Tootsie Pop and count how many licks it takes! Don’t bite it off! ๐Ÿ˜›

Sneak Peeks, Super Villain Island

Can you feel the fear tonight?

Recent Daily Pops have been hinting at a new city-themed adventure… but what happens when the city lights start to dim? This sneak peek from the Creators’ Blog could be for an upcoming new Halloween feature!

He appears to be carrying a flashlight – is that what the battery bar is for down at the bottom left corner? Well whatever you do, don’t let that light run out… or Slenderman will get you. Maybe.

While we’re on the subject of nighttime, don’t forget that the members-only limited edition Night Hare costume will be gone from the Store when Super Villain Island is released to everyone next Thursday, October 18th! Grab it now while you still can. Super Villain is this year’s most popular island, Poptropica’s 30th island, and if you need help, our Super Villain Guide and other resources should have you covered.

Finally, check out our Fourth Annual Halloween Costume Competition! We’ve received lots of great entries so far and would love to see yours, too, if you haven’t entered yet. And even if you have, you’re welcome to enter more!
