The Twisted Thicket release date has been announced! So when can you play Twisted Thicket?
Inquiring Poptropicans want to know, and now we’re happy to announce that Twisted Thicket will be available for Poptropica Members starting next Thursday, April 12.

Another PHC chatgoer, Hawk/Rough Raptor was cruising the Avatar Studio and discovered a Poptropican….that was holding….SURPRISE! A DOG. YES, A DOG! See for yourself. 😮

And lastly, LS has notified us 2 new ads in Poptropica! The first one is an Adventure Time video advertisement. If you watch the video, you can get the Finn costume!
The second ad is also an Adventure Time ad, but it’s a quest! You have to get to the top of the treehouse before the fire burns it down! Your prizes are the Fire Monster Power and the Flambo follower! I found it on one of my younger accounts on Great Pumpkin. LS found it on Early Pop.

ST: Translation for those who don’t speak Spanish: A couple of things … 1) I think the tables are for an Olympics-themed island. and … 2) What is a costume collector?
The Costume Collector was a gold card that used to be in the store. It consisted of 3 mirrors, and you could save 3 costumes in them. It’s gone now though.
I thought it was for an Olympics-themed island, too.
How did you get Hades outfit?
Costume Closets would be really cool! They would be even cooler if they would be free! 🙂
Wasn’t that dog from the Barbie ad from a long time ago? I remember it, I got that Barbie costume and the dog as the prize.
The Olympic themed stuff from the daily pop is probably because of the Olympics this summer in London and the quest will probably involve saving the Olympics or something on those lines. 🙂
There’s two posts on the Poptropica Creators’ Blog today (well they were posted on the 5th of March, but where I am, we are one day ahead from where they are) The first one was about the twisted thicket items now available in the store, and the other one is entitled: “Stay tuned…”

I think that the big announcement might be an official release of Monster Carnival Island!!!!

They haven’t been showing any big signs of releasing Monster Carnival, and they’re just about to released Twisted Thicket, so I don’t think they’ll be releasing two islands at once.
However, “Poptropican Friends” is capitalized… could they be releasing a friend-adding feature?

I can’t seem to get the Adventure Time ad to appear on any of the islands…. Does anyone know why? Because I really want the Finn costume and Flambo follower!
Maybe it’s because you’re Poptropican is too old or young for that ad,try making another Poptropican and then you might be able to see it
I probably is a Olympic Island, remember the poll asking what type of island would we want? Although “Survivor Island” won, “Olympic Island” was a runner-up. IT might even be an expansion to Mythology Island; since we have a couple of islands with bonus quests , they maybe added a bonus quest to ML! Maybe, just maybe…. 😀

In Poptropolis the use hot air balloons instead of blimps
The city is in ruins and your going to have the do the Poptropolis equivalent of the Olympics
