Hey guys! Spotted Dragon here with a few quick updates.

First off, Monkey Wrench Island is now available for iOS!

Second up, Poptropica tweeted a gif of a character from Wimpy Boardwalk Island!

Obviously he’s from Wimpy Boardwalk, but do you know exactly who the character is? 😉

Third, they’ve also shared some early conceptual work from Shrink Ray Island. Apparently, air vents were going to be populated by evil dust bunnies!

Okay, this may just be me, but that actually looks really fun and cute. 😛

Lastly, after our discussion post about the Daily Pop not being “daily” anymore, one more sneak peek has graced our presence! This character is loaded with loot, and we’re not sure yet what this could be. What do you think?

Shrink Ray SUI: out for all Dec 4th! Ahhhhhhh!

Hey guys! Just a quick post to let everyone know that the sound-updated Shrink Ray Island (SUI) will be out for everyone on December 4, which is this Thursday! If you’re having a little trouble, check out our Shrink Ray Island Guide. Plus, remember that the Shrink Ray (gun) is now free in the Store! 😀

In other news, since the release of the Poptropica App on Android, the amount of downloads has been amazing: a rate of nearly 6,000 per day! Now that’s pretty cool.

The Creators have also released yet another piece of Poptropica art on Twitter (click to enlarge):

It’s a bit more difficult to tell what this is for. Along with the image, the Creators tweeted: “Behind-the-scenes at Poptropica. We too get that busy, overwhelmed, confusing feeling.”

That also doesn’t give anything away, at least not for me. However, if this is not a sneak peek, this could just be something they put together for fun to lament the busy times. Then again, they did say “behind the scenes”, and the font used in “AHHHHHHH!” looks like it may be for Galactic Hot Dogs. What do you guys think? Comment below!

Shrink Ray Gun!

Hey everyone. There’s a new item in the Poptropica Store once again. It’s based off of…you guessed it, Shrink Ray Island! Nonmembers will be able to play very soon!

Can it really shrink everything? I wonder if you can actually turn buildings small with this thing 😉

As mentioned in the comments, there was an alternative you could’ve used with the Despicable Me Shrink Ray from that one ad room…about all those little midgets I think :/. But now, you’ll need no alternative. You can now buy the official Shrink Ray Gun in the Poptropica Store for free if you’re a member, or 150 credits.
