Looks like Legendary Swords, the awaited island/game premiering in the Poptropica Store on 11/11/11, released an exciting trailer that’ll make you curse at how slow time travels.

Did you see that robot flexing? Hehe. 😀 We’re going to swing some swords definitely when it premieres! Sorry for the such short post, but I just think everyone should see that trailer –  and that robot that flexes to mock you.

1. Game Show Island!

Attention Poptropica members and non-members! Members will be able to play Game Show Island TOMORROW! TODAY! 😀 We non-members will get to play a sneak peek of the island too, until it’s official release for non-members! Have fun playing! 😀

2. LEGENDARY SWORDS!

This all new Poptropica adventure is coming NOVEMBER 11, 2011! They made a page for it where you can see it here: http://www.poptropica.com/quest/legendary-swords.html

On a distant planet, a hero explores a strange land to discover a race of aggressive and bizarre robots who are planning an invasion of Planet Poptropica! The only way the hero can stop this invading force is by using a series of hidden mystical swords that are scattered throughout the planet. Driven by courage (and a little fear), the hero must stop the invading robots and their diabolical master; the mysterious E. Vile!

This will probably be the most epic quest ever! On the picture slide thing (idk what to call it :P), they show a Poptropican harvesting a “Health Crystal,” a rocket ship, a missile-throwing robot (which looks EPIC :D), a selection screen of swords, and a Poptropican and a robot having a showdown! There are extra things added to the page, like an announcment about the swords and desktop wallpapers.

Hey everyone! to add a little fizz to this post today I’m going to talk while this random man I found in my shower dances behind me in a 100% cotton gorilla suit (Do not dry clean) while juggling my birthday cake ( it’s sometime VERY soon but won’t reaveal exact date cus of stalkers).

This will almost undoubtebly be one of the games in “Game Show island”. Robots use money from this game to take over the world. Strange? Yes. Kinda strange? Undoubtebly. Too awkward to be put on Poptropica? NO! Here’s why…

  • Novel
  • Unbelievably logical
  • It could happen in real life!
  • Completely random and some people like that!
  • It’s better and easier to understand than plants going evil and eating everyone
  • There might be lemon qutarrns!
  • It will increase game show popularity
  • There’s gonna be a robot war!
  • We’ll get to be on TV!………… again
  • We might see Dr Hare again! ( why or how I have no idea… but we might!!!)

Sounds interesting! Looks like the “super-smart robots have taken over the world by winning all the money and prizes from game shows.”  (PCB) This is probably the island where the E.Vile robots originate and where the Mr. Yoshi stuff come from. IF you remember all of the Daily Pop sneak peeks about robots and such, this is the island! Can’t wait for this one! 😀 More info will follow soon!

Two new members-only costumes have made their way back to town too: The Cryptids Nessie Hat and the Hypnotic Costume!

The Cryptid Nessie Hat was only obtained if you happened to spot the Loch Ness Monster in the Cryptid minigame! This was one of the rare prizes. The hypnotic used to be obtained by clicking the middle window four floors up from the ground on the green building in Poptropica Towers on Early Poptropica. It’s still there, but if you click on the window, it will say member’s only. This has been noticed by many PHB readers. Get them while they’re hot, because you only have a week to date to get these elusive costumes! And if you haven’t got the 4th birthday costume, keep trying! 🙂

Um, that was awkward. So anyway, the Creators’ have posted a sneak peek of something that they’ve been working on! Could it be…?

If you didn’t get why I bolded the top, that’s why 😛 VERIZON! It looks like Potpropica may be releasing a mobile app in the near future! From a worldwide game to membership, toys, plushies, fast food, a book, and now it spreads to mobile! Do you think you will buy this on your phones or iPods Touches? I know I will.  😀 The battery, phone signal, brand, and a few lines in the PCB post make it obvious that this will be mobile! 🙂 So what do you think about this app?
