When the Creators said that there was going to be a “surprise” on Twitter yesterday, I thought it would be some huge announcement. But it turned out to be this. I’m not mad about it, I was just expecting something bigger. The monkey followers are cool, though!
I agree, this isn’t quite as “big” as hoped (or hyped) – but it’s still pretty bananas. 😉

Apparently, there are also two new advertisements in Poptropica: Another We Bare Bears ad and an ad”Alvin 4″.

I first saw the ad only on my alternate account, so it may be age-restricted and only accessible to younger players; I saw it on Early Poptropica and Home Island, although I can no longer find it.
The second advertisement is “Alvin 4”, or Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Roadtrip. I found the ad on Night Watch Island, but it may or may not be found on other non-SUIs.
