Shrink Ray Island is now available!
Poptropica Members have full access to the newest Poptropica adventure. Non-Members can also try out the special Early Access demo. Head on over to Poptropica and see what the big deal is!
Well, the fact that it isn’t fully available for non-members was a bit of a disappointment at our PHC Countdown Party, but at least the non-mems still get more than they usually do – an early access demo of the island! Paying members get to enjoy the entire island first, as usual. PHB staff member ElmoPwns has already written a walkthrough guide with all the Shrink Ray Island cheats, which you can check out by clicking here!
Shrink Ray Island is also Poptropica’s 20th island! HAPPY TWENTY, POPTROPICA! (And to think I could have counted the number of islands there were on one hand when I first started playing…) They’ve just released the trailer video for it, too, so take a look!
Remember: Being tiny can be fun, but don’t lose your true self and size!

Anyway, if you look on the Poptropica homepage, a few things will be a little different. Once the page loads, a shrink ray machine will come out of nowhere and shrink the Poptropicans that usually run by. It’s really cool!

Hijuyo: The full release for non-members hasn’t been announced yet, but we will post the date when they do. In the meantime, there is still an early access demo available.

They didn’t say wether it was available for members or not when they announced its existance , so people who are new or people who joined when they announced its existance are saying : ” What the heck ?!?! THAT’S JANK !”
Well, this is my first post! 🙂 Anyway, I remember seeing the countdown meter say “Island Ready” this morning. When I saw Shrink Ray Island, it said “Sneak Preview”. I was thinking “No way. It can’t be a sneak preview!” Just to make sure it was, I decided to start playing. Eventually, it told the preview was over, and I couldn’t play anymore (I’m not a member). When I saw that, in my head, I was furious! On the creator blog, they always said the island would be released today. They never said it would be a preview. I’m still a little upset. 😦

i still think its unfair that members get to play before us so im with

When I first started playing I could count the number of islands on one finger!It took months to get a new island.Now It seems a new one comes out quickly.

Maybe you should put up a new section for island ideas to help the creators in making islands. just a thought…

I think the next island is a whodunnit mystery and there are many stops such as the chicago world fair. I looked at todays daily pop.
What an awesome island it was. I gave up, however, on trying to write a guide. Do you guys remember when my account got messed up? I was whining about it on the PHC. But, I did finish it yesterday. It was fun. 😀
Dang. Right when an awesome island comes out i decide to not renew my membership! Dude, I’m so mad right now! Why do the creators have membership anyway? I think it’s a waste of cash. Cash I could be using on a mic, which I need very badly. Does anyone know how to get the costumes I had before I bought my membership back? I’d be really mad If I had to buy them all back
Hijuyo: Stuff from the Poptropica Store that you get for free with membership only lasts until your membership expired, but all those items will be returned to you again if you renew the membership. And I agree, it is kind of a waste of money.
So……. Shrink Ray Island won’t ever be out for non-members?

yeah it really sucks for non-members because the members get so much more and i hate how all websites are now using membership!!! SO STUPID!!!! =P
