About those noses.. thankfully, that was just an April Fool’s prank.

This goofy prank, which probably scared most of you, is not a mandatory thing. In fact, you have the power to make it optional. These hideous fake noses could now be found in the store, so you could look silly the entire year – not just April 1st. That day is just an excuse to be prankful ( which is not a real word ).

What could the next April Fools prank be? Maybe we could have ears, or turn into super villains, or they make our Poptropican the opposite gender or something. Anyway it is, the Creators have proved that they still have their childish side.

By the way, if you want something funny to read, Party with Hobos is in the middle of its ninth season and so far it’s great!

Starting next week, your Poptropican may find a new anatomical feature sprouting…

Seeing as they look somewhat ugly, it’s most likely a joke. Why else would they post on April 1st? It’s also one of those rare times the PCB has made a Sunday post. 🙂

Not since the introduction of the Costumizer or the removal of the Monster Carnival map icon have we made an update this momentous.

Did you catch that nod in the direction of Monster Carnival? That was an island that appeared on the map as “Coming soon” many years ago, but mysteriously disappeared just to be replaced with 24 Carrot Island. This may be the first time the Creators have actually acknowledged it.

Now necks, on the other hand, may be a better innovation… gotta have something to connect the pyknic ovals together.

Secondly, the mysterious new tab could be introduced soon. And the Creators show it by having Bigfoot and Gretchen Grimlock try to stick their tongues to their noses.

Gretchen: Sheesh! If this is what I have to do to be on a blog, then I will do it!

*Gretchen looks at Bigfoot. He shows off succeeding.*

Gretchen: *scoffs* Show-off. Unless… hmm… *takes out a switch*

Brave Tomato: Umm…. what are you doing?

Gretchen: What do you think? *presses the button*

*A cage falls. However, it surrounds Gretchen*

Gretchen: What?! *keeps pressing the button* No! No! No! Not me!

Brave Tomato: We had a feeling you were going to try something if we put you and Bigfoot in the same room. So we switched the positioning of the cage.

Gretchen: *groans*

Well, BT out! I just added that skit to make this dull post a little more intriging.

Waffles, tasty waffles!

Did you know that today is International Waffle Day? Did you further know that there’s a new costume in the store which celebrates it? You do now!

Boys can pick up the square waffle costume, while girls can get the stylish round waffle costume. Both look tasty to me, but it appears that the house pets of Poptropica disapprove.
