Emotions and a Pop News Station 😎

Hey Poptropicans! While there’s no sign of the mysterious Baron just yet, we do have a whirlwind of emotions flying in…

Poptropica Junior — the recent Pop spin-off for Pre-K kids — this week released some emotions-based coloring pages with some familiar Pop faces. We’re as upset as the prince of Fairytale Island that Poptropica’s main game doesn’t seem to be getting this much love! 😭

Over on the Pop Creators’ Blog, guest blogger Invisible Ring has returned with a new video sharing segments from “Future Machine News,” with reporting from Time Tangled Island and Popsona drawings throughout. Highlights include: the discontinuation of the fan-run Poptropica Month event, Dr. Hare as prime suspect for the theft of stuffed bunnies, and the mysterious “disappearance” of Invisible Ring. Tune in below:

Enjoy the latest fan art features from Poptropica’s Instagram stories — this time all focused on the handsome bird man, Ringmaster Raven! 🐦

That’s all for now. Looks like we’re already halfway through Pop’s birthday month without any party favors yet, and the Baron is late. Grab me a coloring page, we’re feeling as sad as Sprocket…

Searching for Bee Bot and Rainbow Puppy 🌈

Hey Poptropicans! We’ve got another side quest sneak peek, costume winner, activities away from screentime, a Crazy Club tribute, and cute criminals in the Pop universe. Let’s get started!

Last week, we got news of an upcoming side quest sequel for Goofball Island along with a sneak peek of a mechanical bee. Now, Bee Bot is back on our screens and colored in greens! Friend or foe, we don’t know.

We also have word on the winner of December’s costume contest: Rainbow Puppy by Hamburger Hamburger! This colorful creation will be available for free at the Baron’s when the ship arrives in early January.

Plus, check out all the other fun costume creations in this roundup reel:

For the winter break season, the Pop Creators’ Blog also shared some printable activity sheets, including this new word search puzzle:

They also shared some coloring pages of playing in snow, like last year. You can print them out or download them to color in digitally!

In the mood for something wilder? See if you can match the energy at the Crazy Club on Goofball Island, as in this short vid from Poptropica:

Also on Poptropica’s Instagram are a couple of new stories featuring fan art of villains at their cutest. Even the evil have their sweet spots!

Plus, Pop also posted a throwback of the Snowpocalypse mini game from years past — could this be a hint for its return this snowy season?

That’s a wrap for this update! Hope you’re enjoying the Grapple-Pap season on Pop with the Grapple-Gift Side Quest and decking yourself and your halls with Christmas gear. Cheers! 😄✌️

Coloring book got us shook 🖍🖼

Hey Poptropicans, art appreciation and application incoming! We’ve got a slew of coloring pages, fan art features, and a spotlight on the Baron’s airship. Let’s pop right in!

First up, the fan-driven Poptropica coloring book is here, compiling entries from the recent Coloring Creations Challenge. Check out all the coloring pages on the Creators’ Blog or even print out the PDF! 🖍✨

You can also find a handy link to the coloring book over on the PHB’s Art page. And who knows, there could be more to come in the future, since the Creators refer to this collection as just the “first edition.”

To share your own creations, or even your colored-in versions of the pages in the book, you can upload your pics to Poptropica’s submissions form or tag them on Instagram @PoptropicaCreators with the #Poptropica or #PoptropicaFanArt hashtags. Let the colors fly! 🤩

Speaking of art, more fan art features await on the Pop Creators’ Instagram story! Among the OCs and villains, we also find a fun four-panel comic with Amelia vs the Red Baron on how to deal with enemies.

In other news, there’s a new guest post on the Creators’ Blog from Warrior Moon giving a glowing review on every aspect of the Baron’s airship. Funny thing is, the post was clearly written a month ago as it references no-longer-available items from the Baron’s first visit in July.

And while Warrior Moon gives the airship a 10/10, not everyone seems to agree: in the comments, you can find an anonymous review that concludes with a 6/10 rating. However you feel about the Baron’s buoyant boat, remember that it’s only here until this Friday, so get this month’s goods before they’re gone! Stay afloat, Poptropicans. ✌️
