Hey guys, BT here with a quick update on the Shark Boy mystery that consumes us all.
Now, even Shark Boy’s icon on the Daily Pop has been replaced by a grinning Dr. Hare!!
Holy cow, it looks like the Creators are leaving no stone unturned when it comes to Shark Boy (or Shark Guy?)’s disappearance!
What is going on that you’re not telling us, Creators???
*tries to open envelope*
oh come on. Open. Please! D-does anyone have a paper cutter? I… I wish this would just open up!
*suddenly, the envelope opens*

Hey guys, BT here – with the formal announcement of the new island, Mission Atlantis! Today, the Creators released the trailer video for the upcoming island they’d only just announced:
Wow… is it me or do episodic adventures like to begin with a crash landing related to electricity?
…seriously?
Anyway, if you pause it right before the title is revealed, you’ll see strange lights in the background…
No, this isn’t the other underwater city in Poptropica, Poptropolis. This looks like it’s THE Atlantis.
In case you didn’t know, Atlantis was a fabled underwater city originating from, well, Greek mythology of all things. It was once over land, but one day, it sank into the ocean. The first episode is titled “Into the Deep” – looks like that’s where we’re headed!
Well… this’ll be interesting.

I think March is gonna be the month of something lightning-related interfering with our mortal Poptropican lives. So the Creators just posted this teaser – I actually think it’s for that Survival card…
Yup, it looks like a good ol’fashioned thunderstorm is gonna leave us on that mess on Survival Island…eh, that happened to Gilligan and the crew of the Minnow too, so I can’t really complain.
Ah whatever. We’ve parachuted from thunderstorms before! We’ve had final confrontations in ’em before. Heck, we even fought the freaking GOD of THUNDER!
But it looks like this squall is gonna leave us in a doozy….that poor Poptropican looks geniunely scared.
And I am too.

Speaking of thunder, I’m kinda left wondering when the heck the Mythology Island SUI is coming.
Just putting that out there.
My logical mind is patient, while my favoritism mind is just like Jiminy Cricket in that picture.

UPDATE: Considering how late it’s getting in this time zone, I don’t believe that MCI is releasing Thursday anymore. Instead, I think it’s coming Friday.

From your islands surcease of sorrow- sorrow for the lost Monster Carnival –
For the rare and radiant island whom the Creators named Monster Carnival-
Thought nameless here for evermore.

In there stepped a stately Raven of the circus days of yore;
Not the least obeisance made he; not a minute stopped or stayed he;

Hey guys, BT here. Yeah, I just parodized a few stanzas from Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Raven”. Hey, the Ringmaster’s based off a raven, so why not? Now before this island comes out, I’d like to say a few words. Who’s excited for this island?!
