The Poptropica Guidebook’s Map Poster

Hey Poptropicans! How many of you picked up a copy of Poptropica: The Official Guide back in the day? If you did, you may remember that Poptropica’s first-ever print book came with a full-color poster!

Here’s mine pictured below, partially desaturated from sunlight, after spending some time framed on my wall. 🌞

Released in 2011 attached to the guidebook, the poster features the Poptropica map as it appeared at the time, along with a smattering of island medallions and characters, from iconic favorites like Dr. Hare and Binary Bard to generic NPCs exhibiting various fun poses.

This reminiscing is inspired by a recent Reddit post by pizza1551, who shared their (in their words) “cooked poster” in response to another user’s nostalgic request. What a fun little time capsule! ✨

Poptropica has since released plenty of other posters, which you can find in our various Island Guides for those islands that have them, but this is the only one they’ve ever printed for us. The rest are digital downloads, including some designed to be printed on our own. 🖨️
