Episode’s Return Trip by Limp Blimp 🐵

In this episode of Poptropica updates: a partial island, blimp shenanigans, and fan art features. Tune in for a ride!

Wondering what’s next after Jade Scarab Island? 🐱 Poptropica just announced that another installment of an episodic island is being converted for re-release — but as for which, that’s left for us to guess.

Bloon: We feel lighter than air.

Based on what’s still awaiting return, the next episode could be the third and final part of Arabian Nights or PoptropiCon, or the second episode of Survival or Mission Atlantis, which currently only have their first episodes up. 🤔 Since some of the episodes are members-only right now, the possibility remains that the next one could be, too. We’ll see…

Also on the Creators’ Blog, guest writer Invisible Ring has returned from her hiatus to deliver commentary about the evolution of Poptropicans’ iconic yellow blimp. She traces how the blimp has gotten smaller on newer islands like Fairytale, while remaining their original bigger size with the Pop logo on older islands like Mythology — and are completely missing from episodic islands, beyond the crash landing in Survival. ⚡️

Poptropica’s also been spotlighting fan art on social media, including Zomberry rocks from the PHB’s LJ, which we also featured in our Community Creations this month! Enjoy their Instagram stories below and more in this Creators’ Blog art appreciation post. 🤩

Plus, check out these island-inspired IRL fits from @sockf00ted.books on IG (@poptroppy on TikTok)! Swipe for video, and if you like what you see, there’s more on their profile. So much talent! ✨

Pop on, Poptropicans!
