Hey, Poptropicans! The Creators suddenly announced a brand new mini quest coming soon to Poptropica.
Go crazy for the Candy Crazed Mini Quest! Here’s a sweet peek at the upcoming quest which supposedly ties into Fairytale Island:
The announcement also revealed two new characters who will be making their debut in this quest. Meet chewy chums Dot and Gummy! While they may not be major characters in the story, they are cute faces who help liven the sugary atmosphere. Who wants one of these guys as a follower?
It’s strange that a new mini quest was announced just one week after the release of the Lost Cubs Mini Quest. The promo art is super cute and colorful, but how will the finished product play out? Will it be a sweet surprise or a terrible toothache? We will find out for ourselves when this mini quest comes out next week on Thursday, May 27!
The Creators’ Blog also put out another call for guest writers. Do you love Poptropica and want to share your love with other fans? This time, the Creators are allowing guest writers to submit more than just their writing. Guests can also submit their fan art and fan videos, too!
If you are at least 13 years old, feel free to apply through Pop’s official Submissions page. Let the Creators know what you can contribute to the official Poptropica Creators’ Blog. You can submit anything as long as it relates to Poptropica.

Sweet rhymes and rhythms in this post, GD! Interesting to see Poptropica focusing so much on new mini quests, but here’s hoping they remember to bring back the old mini (and not so mini) quests too. 🤞
I think that I would like to try Blimp Adventure (that mini quest that didn’t make it to the map) and this new mini quest is so cute. Good job GD 🐬
Ok am I the only one or everyone else thinks that these billion new island makeovers and these two mini quests in a week mean that..
1. If they are releasing two mini quests in one week, they are not making it that good.
2. If they are working on these things then it doesn’t mean they are paying their full attention to the old Islands!
I absolutely agree with DD. If they put 2 islands in one week, they aren’t really putting that much work into it, and aren’t focusing on the islands. I thought moving them was their main priority! I think that they should do islands first, mini quests next. (Although, Dot and Gummy are so cute!)
Although I am sad yes I would like to see them as a Follower! And they look like they’re from candy crush!
