The Hub of the universe
We’ve done a lot of detail work on the Hub for Steamworks Island. Before we can call it done, we’ve got to give it one more pass to make sure it’s got character.
Ahh… that’s the stuff. The Hub looks old, weathered, and worn. It looks like it was once a city on a hill. Now, it’s grungy and decayed. And dangerous.
There’s lots more to see and do on Steamworks Island, and we’ll be showing you more soon. In the meantime, maybe we can all try to figure out what that blue thing is doing.

I don’t think that blue thing fits in. While the rest of the Hub is all twirly and fancy in a mossy way, the blue thing looks like something I cound have made on Gimp. But it must be supah dupah important if the big man keeps talking about it. Note to self: blue thingy does something important. Aww, I’m out of paper.
I think the blue thing may be a villan that they need to keep a secret untill the release! Or mabey an electronic lock that we need a card key to open! The possibilities are endless!
I think the blue thing is where they’ll put the Poptropicain.

I doubt that you’re really Master Mime… It’s possible, though.
maybe the blue thing is something you might need in the island but they are censoring it because of some secret reason since it doesn’t really seem to fit in the picture, its part of the island like you need to light the blue bulb or something like that,…. or it is just there for pure decoration

One of the older posts has a picture with 6 poptropicans in it(top to bottom)look at the 2 in the meddile(look a little to the side)you will have to pull the swich but you will have to get the multi. tool first to fix it.

Maybe it’s a knob, yet you need to gather lots of things to turn it and bring the hub back to “life”.
the creators are really stalling on releasing this island (they shouldn’t have done the hub construction unless it was just about to come out, in my personal opinion)
I’ll say. On their post today, they said launch dates would be revealed soon! That’s no surprise. Well, at least we should be glad they aren’t doing what they did with Reality TV and putting it on the shelf for 1 year!
