Castle Clubhouse Tour: Dizzy Feather 🏰

Hey Poptropicans, this is a guest post by Dizzy FeatherEnjoy!

Hello everyone, Dizzy Feather here and today I’ll be giving you a tour of the castle room in my clubhouse. Welcome! Let me just pull this lever down and here we are.

Follow me to the left, where we have the armor of the great warrior Steve, and his original sword and shield below it. Moving on, we have a handcrafted stained glass window, and an ice cream sundae. An ice cream sundae? That’s not supposed to be here! Sorry, whoever was eating this, but it can’t be in here.

Anyway, if you look over there, you’ll see the castle ghost, rumored to live in Steve’s armor, when he’s not looking for people on a clubhouse tour. Wait! Come back! It was a joke, the ghost isn’t real! It’s just a plastic one hanging on the wall! Bad joke, sorry.

Anyway, onwards and upwards, literally. Just right above the room with the fake ghost is an old artifact a group of knights returned with long ago. The knights refused to tell where it was from, but it was recently discovered that it’s almost exactly like something from the underground caves of Goofball Island.

On the chandelier, you’ll find the throne room — every castle has got to have one. Yes, that is a hammock below me. This position is exhausting, though; I need a break every now and then.

Over to the left of the chandelier is a bedroom. This is the one I sleep in the most when I spend the night in the castle room. The yarn should be in the basket, but I must have forgotten to put it away.

Right across is yet another bedroom! The bed in this one has a few more blankets than the other one, and there are a few balls piled up in here. You can play with them, just please be careful.

Let’s head down. The fireplace is normally lit, but it’s way too warm of a day to light it today. The skull is actually made of gold, for the record.

Finally, we have a cozy corner with a couch and a mermaid statue. The torch is just for decoration — after all, it’s the 21st century, we have electric lights now. Anyway, the painting above us was donated, because of the rumor that this place is haunted.

You’ll have to pull the lever to exit, hence the door sign. Hope you—

—oh, almost forgot about the attic! Trust me, it’s worth the extra time for this visit. Let’s see here: we’ve got a lamp, a fake shark, some figurines, some Egyptian artifacts, a Dr. Hare paper weight on a stack of maps, and a unicorn plushie that should be in my normal clubhouse.

Well, that’s it for now. I’ll be back with another room of my clubhouse before you know it!

Advertisements, Fan Art Features

Sad Blues with Ad Clues 🌀🐾

Hey Poptropicans, pop in for a big blue ad and little sketches! 🌀🖌

A new ad is popping up in the ad spaces between scenes, though not (yet?) on Home Island. Tap into the movie poster for “Blue’s Big City Adventure” — no ad building design this time — to enter a bright city park. Then click on Blue, the dog, to start a game of hide-and-seek.

Run around the park in search of the five items, and for your efforts, you’ll win a Blue Rainbow Follower and Blue Paw Prints. Enjoy! And if you’re interested, this live-action/animated movie based on the show Blue’s Clues is now streaming on Paramount+. 🐶

Speaking of ad spaces between scenes, the one from Amelia’s mini-quest has been popping up outside of visits to Adventure Outfitters. Now, you might also encounter this extra scene while heading off on your blimp to get to the map! Poptropica sure knows how to squeeze in their ad spots… and we’re stuck walking through them. 🙃

Rounding off this update, enjoy the latest fan art features from Poptropica’s Instagram stories full of villain vibes! 💥

New Islands, Survival Island

Signaling the next up on Survival Island 🚨

Surviving the times? Pop Worlds isn’t, but over on this side of Poptropica on Haxe (desktop and mobile), the next installments of Survival Island have just been re-released for both members and the public!

The Haxe map now boasts 3/5 episodes of Survival Island.

Ep. 3: Distress Signal is now on the map and open to members, while Ep. 2: Hook, Line, and Sinker is finally, after six months, open to all. Keep our Survival Island Guide handy if you’re embarking on this adventure!

Thanks to Dizzy Feather and Magic Poptropican for sharing this news!

While this wilderness saga is taking its sweet time to release on Haxe, Survival Island can be played in its entirety via Poptropica on Steam, with all five episodes included in a paid bundle alongside other islands.

Whether you’re a member or not, enjoy the new episode at your fingertips! (Guess we’ll have to wait a bit longer for the hinted Mission Atlantis…) And if in distress, visit our guide to get out of your mess. 😄
