Fanfic: The Chronicles of Friendly Thunder 🌩️ Chapter 1

Serious Heart here, with the first chapter of The Chronicles of Friendly Thunder! I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it!

(Start from Prologue)

FADE IN.

NARRATOR:

Well, let’s get started with the story!

INT. CARROT KING DINER

FRIENDLY THUNDER:

Ugh… where am I?

SERVER:

You were sleeping for two months. Nothing could wake you up. Nothing. Your parents sent you to 24 Carrot Island so that you could breathe in the fresh air. Unfortunately, all the carrot-related items went missing soon after you arrived, so we apologize.

EXT. DINER – Surrounding buildings are crumbling, town in ruins.

INT. DINER

MALE VOICE (snorting):

Yeah, right.

SERVER:

Dizzy Claw!

DIZZY CLAW (bending over to FRIENDLY THUNDER):

Do you see that posterboard? My brother, Magic Socks, is one of those missing kids. He was last seen on February 24. I’ll help you find him.

FRIENDLY THUNDER feels dazed. Kids and carrots are going missing? He needs some air.

FRIENDLY THUNDER:

I need some fresh air.

SERVER:

If you’re going outside, take Dizzy Claw with you. He’ll make sure that you don’t end up on that posterboard!

EXT. STREET – Town in ruins

FRIENDLY THUNDER goes outside, escorted by DIZZY CLAW, who seems to know where he’s going.

FRIENDLY THUNDER and DIZZY CLAW go to the right and to the factory. They see a girl that has a dress like dead leaves. The only thing that is bright about her is the gold medallion she is wearing: a large piece of film surrounded by letters that say: “Back Lot Medallion.”

ICY SNAKE:
Do you want a nice, pretty medallion like what I have? I can help you!

Who is this mysterious Icy Snake? Is she good or bad? I’ll leave that up to you…
