The doors to PoptropiCon, Episode 2: Spoiler Alert will be opening to all this Wed, June 15. 🚨 Get ready for cosplays, card games, and chaos!
It’s been over four months since this installment re-released on Haxe for members, and restless players have been petitioning for the paywall to come down ever since. It’s great to see the episode open back up for everyone, and hopefully this indicates more re-openings for other locked segments of episodic islands as well. Time will tell!

In other news, guest writer Invisible Ring has returned to the Pop Creators’ Blog with commentary on the recent Steam release. She observes how the discontent around the game’s pricing reminds her of her fan movie Battle Morale and how the growth of Pop’s mobile app over the years could indicate more classics might also appear on Steam.
Alongside her usual optimism, however, she also calls out the Creators for not having brought back Monkey Wrench yet (a promise they made over a year ago) and seeming potentially “desperate” for not making the Steam bundle free — though she ties that into her hopes for more islands on the Steam game, which she has not purchased.

Aw, yeah. Poptropicon2 is definitely one of the best episodic islands and is right up there with survival 3 and 4. Loved this one as a child and can’t wait to play it again!

PoptropiCON 2 was definitely awesome, but I think PoptropiCON 3 was the BEST. It’s still my favorite episode of any episodic islands since it was released.
Hi! So I am a huge poptropica fan and I watched the tutorial on downloading flashpoint so I am able to play my favorite game once again and everything worked but a screen pops up in the game whenever I try to play for a couple minutes and it says “the adobe flash plugin has crashed”. So basically my adobe keeps crashing. Can anyone please help me with this issue?
So I checked Poptropica and yes, I did see Poptropica 2 but it still says members only. Should I wait a little bit more?
Yes, Poptropica uses Pacific Standard Time (PST) nowadays, and it’s still Tuesday in their time zone. Hang on just a bit longer and it should be out sometime Wednesday!
