The official description for Super Villain Island has been released, and here’s what it says:
Deep inside a top-secret prison, four of Poptropica’s most infamous villains float in suspended animation. Your mission: to infiltrate their minds and extract the sources of their evil. Can you withstand a journey to the heart of darkness, or will their twisted dreams trap you forever?
Yikies. Sounds really, really dark… and as if you think the 4 twisted minds aren’t enough, if you’re a member, you have ONE MORE to worry about. Doesn’t exactly say who, either.
The world may be safe, but another villain stirs in his slumber. Do you dare to enter the dream machine once more, and visit a nightmarish version of one of the most popular Poptropica Islands?
I originally had a feeling the nightmare-ish island will be Shark Tooth (see Daily Pop: Breaking News), but Serious Shadow has reverted the picture for the bonus quest to normal and look at this:
That looks like Mythology Island’s Mount Olympus! *thinks* Now that I think about it, Mythology Island IS a very popular island…

So let me get something straight…
We… are going… via dream machine… into the villains’ minds?!? And I have two questions:
- How did Dr. Hare get out of space?
- How did the Binary Bard get back to Poptropica without the orb?
I’m kinda confused, but all I know it’s about delving into the twisted minds of the four (five for members) villains and getting rid of their source of their insanity/evil. Like I said earlier, it sounds dark… but we can do it!!

Can’t wait for the Night Hare costume! Also I love the idea of entering Dr. Hare, Black Widow, Captain Crawfish, and Binary Bard’s minds! Also, who do you think the fifth villain is? E. Vile? Cumulo Nimbus? Or the villain who was trying to rub out Poptropica? Or someone else?

I highly doubt it would be Cumulo Nimbus, because not everyone knows about the blimp game. But it could be. Who knows?

I honestly think it is Zeus. Look at the Super Vilian Island logo. It has lighening bolts coming out form it. Zeus is associated with lightening bolts.
i knew zeus would be back, i think in one of the comments i said mabey zeus. but, i saw betty jetty in the little scene on the pcb, so mabey betty jetty is back!
I think I figured it out.
Black Widow: Notice all the artsy Sneek Peaks. She feels as if no one appreciates true art…the art she made! So, she will destroy all other “inferior” art.
Binary Bard: Notice the castle in the Sneak Peeks along with the dragon and rainbow space? He wants to still take over space so he could paint all of space like that to commemorate his awesomeness.
Dr. Hare: There are the factory pictures. He wants to go and make his own candy brand where everything is carrot flavored so he can teach the world carrots are yummy.
Captain Crawfish: See all the pirates sleeping? He wants to make the fanciest ship where pirates can sleep at ease. But, to get the dubloons to pay to build it, he steals.
Zeus: Still angry at you for defeating him, he wants to turn all of Poptropica dark. Notice the very dark Bonus Quest Sneak Peek.

I reversed the color of the bonus quest picture back to normal.
For those who think the Bonus Quest is Shark Boy (though how could he be evil?) instead of Zeus, I made up an idea.
Shark Boy: He got tired of standing on the bottom floor of the museum, so he tried holding a pencil for years. Then he got tired of that. So he awakened the other Super Villians. He got a pink robot that erased Poptropica with spider legs to move quickly. Named “The Shark,” it goal was to devour Poptropica.
Maybe the bonus quest leader is shark boy. Cause I’m pretty sure the nightmarish island is shark tooth.
*suspense music plays*
There’s no way I miss this island, it will be the BEST ONE EVER!!!
BTW They (you know who) should create a Music Island!!

Dr. Hare probably got out of space because someone reported him and PASE went to arrest him.
Binary Bard couldn’t leave because he had no way to power his spacecraft, because the orb was gone. Again, someone probably reported his location and PASE cuffed him.
Idea: Binary Bard gets this wonderful idea: I’m gonna take over poptropica! So, suddenly, Lightning strikes Binary Bard’s Sword- thing, and it comes to life. He uses it to break out. On the way to Planet Poptropica, He spots Dr. Hare. Hare decides to join Binary Bard. So then they crash land on Counterfeit. Binary Bard suggest Dr. Hare to go get Black Widow, while he gets Captain Crawfish. Then they all swim to try and find an island to destroy. *Black points* “What’s that over there?” It appears that it has no name. They put a sign up.
Super Villain Island
That is how Super Villain Island was formed. 😉
But they are in Erewhon Prison…..
Hey, Erewhon is an anagram of Nowhere! Maybe the prison is in the middle of nowhere, or maybe it doesn’t exist, or…
How…the heck, did they manage to capture Zeus? He is a god, by the way.
If you’re talking to me, my theory didn’t involve Zeus.
I have a good idea of what Black Widow’s role is. She is going to transport the player into paintings! I can tell from looking at sneak peeks like “The Cube-Est”,”Lillies” and “Starry Night,” and in them you can see the players jumping limit on all three of them, and I’m not sure what the player has to do but I have to admit, that’s really creative!
Wait… the mechanical mouse is a henchman? That means… Merlin!
Let me just say that mythology is popular, is similar to the reversed picture AND it has a villain- Zeus.

hey everyone i found how serious shadow edited that picture.follow these steps. first go to poptropica.com and click on the islands description page. click on super villain island.click right on your on the very dark bonus quest picture. click on the choice that says view image. it will show you the picture with a black background. click on the picture again and click save as. save it to your pictures.exit the page. click on start and go to accessories.click on paint. open your picture. click the choice on top that says ‘image’. click on flip/rotate until its in the right direction.then click on ‘image’ again. click on invert colors and your done. it should look like mount Olympus on mythology island.
