I FOUND THE COSTUME!!!!!!!!!! Its this costume with a party hat with a 3 on top, a blue top with confetti and the number 3 (the 3s are orange) and it has this blue hooty thing which when you press space your poptropican blows it, its really cool. Its a pity I didn’t get it on my main character I got it on a character I made to do the islands again 😦

Hey, you know how you can find the special “3 balloon” in multi player rooms that when you pop it, it gives you something special?
Well I found it!!!!
It gives you a 3 party hat, 3 t-shirt and one of those party things that roll out when you blow into it, which you activate by pressing the space bar.
It’s so cool.
