_A Special “PHB Monthly Newsletter”_
The First Sunday of Every Month
The PHB Newsletter. A giant mixture of news, events and even competitions. From now on, on the first Sunday of every month we will post this legendary post. It will consist of almost 10 sections for pure Poptropica awesomeness. 😛
That’s right, it’s what you have been dreaming about.
The monthly post will contain things like:
-
“Ask PHB”: Readers can ask questions about Poptropica via e-mail to the PHB staff. We can select about 3 of them to publish per month.
-
Competitions.
- “PHB Sneak Peeks” – Yes, new ones. 😛
- Stories: Readers can submit their own short stories to PHB’s e-mail and we can select one for every month, OR we can hire someone to be a “Newsletter Author”, and they will send in a short story/chapter or part of a long story (for each month) to PHB’s e-mail for us to publish each month.
- Submit Your Own: Let readers submit their own ideas (maybe their dreams of what kind of island they want to see on Poptropica), stories, competition entries, fan art (comics, etc) and more to [email protected].
- Current News/Monthly Reflection: A summary of what happened in Poptropica for the past month – Sneak peeks, new islands, new ads, etc
- “Easter Eggs”: In each issue, reveal a secret (known as “Easter eggs”) from Poptropica. (example: typing ‘1225’ in the phone from Nabooti for a Santa hat and sack) or maybe someone besides Dr. Hare.
- Fan Art: Show a Poptropica-themed poem, comic, drawing, puzzle, or something else created by a Poptropican.
Any more suggestions? Opinions? If you would like to apply for any of these positions, you may start now and send them over to [email protected]. We can’t wait to see our readers’ creativity!

A Note Regarding ‘Poptropica Poll’
As you’ve probably noticed, we have a sidebar widget titled ‘Poptropica Poll’, where there is a Poptropica-related poll that readers may vote on. They used to be changed at random times, but starting this month, they will be changed every time a new PHB monthly newsletter is released (the first Sunday of a month). This month’s new poll will start a little later, probably next week, and will ask the question, “What would you like the PHB’s monthly newsletter to be called?” We will use this to review your suggestions, and when June’s edition of the newsletter comes out, you will find the winning name, as well as a new poll updated for the coming month!
We have the idea. We have the writers. The only problem? We don’t know what to call it.

Maybe a Popteopica style section where it’s like popuropica popularity contest where you show these cool poptropicqns dressed in handsome clothing. You can vote and you can also show pictures of poptropicans like ST, smockers codien and grumpy wolf because your clothing is all so cool!

My idea is sorta like curious octopus’. What about if all the bad guys from all of the islands teamed up to defeat Poptropica? And all the good guys invited you to a special meeting and told you what to do? And it was only unlocked if you finished all of the islands? Because really, when you finish all of the islands, who actually wants to wait for the next one? Hope you guys like my idea.

LOST ISLAND:you go onto a island with friendly people and great food.you go out onto a boat and suddenly a big storm comes.you faint and wake up on a deserted island and you have to find food stay warm,and stay…….alive.strange men with indian war paint on their faces come and raid yor stash of food yu hide in their camp and they find and chase you.you swim in the ocean with a mysterios amulet you found and get washed away by a storm.you wake up finding many of the friendly poptropicans you met surrounding you.they see the amulet and say they lost it years ago.you reciave a metal from the governer(or mayor)for surviving under deep circumstances and bringing back the meddallion.
paluted island:you visit a completely palluted island and need to wear a gask mask.the hospital is full to the brim with patients and the food is disgusting.you visit an island wiseman and he tells you to climb the grat mountain and find a silver lake.take a glass of it and bring it to him. it will save the island.you face many mutated beasts and develop a skill that will help you on all your islands.you recieve a medal for journying to tsave an island you dont even like.

Good guys, (Comic Kid, Fruit-Bat, Shark-man, Retired Superhero-name will be Stealthy Walker-Flyer- and Olaf the Viking) versus bad guys (Director D, Dr.Hare, Vince, Betty Jetty,and Sir Rebral). You get to choose which side you’re on, and you have to defeat the other side with your power, which you would choose in the beginning. You could get like, flying, telekinesis, elasticity, invisibility, mega-belch :0, and force-field! Since I have 4 accounts I would probably do 2 evil and 2 good!

i GOT A VERY GOOD ISLAND 😆 😆 club penguin island:When you go to a island around arganteena (rockhoppers island but discoverd by humans first)you find a really starang ship called the migrator 😉 you go closer to the ship and you see a strange,fluffy creature on the crows nest and the next thing you know YOUR IN A CAGE!!! 😯 Then you see a penguin wereing a pirate hat,a red color, and with the fluffy thing you saw ealier and then he said:ahoy! come over here and get ye freash air out of that cage said “rockhopper” and so you go to clubpenguin island and discoverd stran colors they have strange eh?? 😕 Then,a goup of hunters from poptropica will STUFF them before they take you home!! 😥 😡 You got to do somthing!!!save this island from this group of evil hunters befor its too late!!!! and that is my cool island. 😉
