The problem of the disappearing items has been solved. It was a bug in the game. This is what Poptropica had to say:
During the surge of traffic on Poptropica over the weekend, some of you had a problem with items disappearing from your inventory… so I sent my Giant Rabbot to squash this evil bug! Please check your inventory again.

Wow. It was great that the fixed the bug. It’s just too sad that I already finished, or I’d be happier. Oh well! At least now no one else will have that same problem!
Yay! Their back! Sorry that I feel so excited even when I did not lose any items. But Congrats for every one who did lose them! I also hope its true that our items are back.

Scary Tomato: Try waiting a while (maybe a week, I don’t know), and checking back to see if your items are back. If not, try refreshing the page and clearing your cache, and make sure your computer doesn’t have any viruses. 😉

Looks like Dr Hare wasn’t succesful in squashing the whole bug.
Oh yeah, like Scary Tomato said, try re-doing the part where you got the item. Might work………..

No, no, no. This is so wrong. I just wish i could conntact the creators blog and tell them, but, i cant. This stinks. and sence i have to wait a few years till i can contact Vald and tell him it didn’t work. Grr!
