  1. Has anyone here heard of Lindsey Stirling? She is an amazing violinist, and she has a pop-song style to her music, which makes her unique. She has her own Youtube channel, and this is the song by her that I think is the best: Crystallize – Lindsey Stirling (Dubstep Violin Original Song), look it up on YouTube!

  3. Have you noticed that violin sounds a lot like flute? That’s because they have the same notes and pitch. I play flute and personally like it better than violin. If you listen to the flute or picilo (i have bad spelling, i’m talking about the mini flute) that is going really fast, it sounds like a bird and really magical. Please reply to my comment if you like flute! (or any other instrument).

        IMO,the best part is probably all the gags and references in there.They mock death screens,pirates,and they also break the fourth wall.

        IMO,the islands are still good,but the simplistic charm was kinda lost at Great Pumpkin Island.After that,the plot and puzzles were unnecessarily complicated.

      17. For instance, a conspiracy theory could be something to do with the fact that there is a secret level in New Super Mario Bros. Upon entering it, people have discovered strange noises in the soundtrack, which if played backwards, are people moaning and crying in terror, symbolizing that something is not right with that level. Further evidence shows that the level was made by a man who was programming while sleepwalking, he being so tired he fell asleep while programming the level. In his sleep his unconscious mind programmed what his mind was creating for him, a nightmare. So, the level is in the manifestation of a nightmare.

        It’s kinda stupid cuz I made it up on the spot, but that’s the kind if theories we could make about events and parts/storylines in Poptropica

    If you guys were wondering, Friday was the day where all of the upperclassmen threw pennies at freshmen. So all of us freshmen wondered the hallways in fear of getting pennied. We didn’t know it was coming until a senior asked who was a freshmen and some people raised their hands and then you’d hear pennies hit the floor. On the bright side, I made 74¢, just for finding pennies and 2 quarters in the freshmen hallway! (Were quarters even necessary?) Well if you were wondering, I didn’t get pennied, but my friends did. xD =D c=

    Oh ya, and at the end of the year, sometimes seniors do something called senior pranks. My brother said one year they released chickens in the hallway during passing period. Another year they dumped a bucket of marbles down the stairs during passing period. And another year they hacked the school computers lol.

    And like the penny thing, sometime in October, (on a Friday I presume),upperclassmen will toilet paper the freshmen! o_O And if you’re by your locker and it’s opened, they will rap you up with it quickly and then shove you in the locker and close it. o_O They call it “The Mummy”. o_o

    1. Seriously,what’s up with school bullies and discrimination? They think they’re cool,making up their own private gangs and stuffing people in lockers. In fact,stuffing people there could be fatal and dangerous and if there are no air pockets and if no one opens the locker,the child could die of suffocation,hunger,thirst or possibly worse.And they’re going to threaten you if you try to tell the teacher-but ignore it. If you don’t tell them or your parents and elders,they are just going to continue to harass you and no adult will know about it just because you’re a stupid coward!

  46. So,the other day I learned that I was a goth. Not the wannabe goth,a real one.

    ‘They tend to be thinkers and more often than not quite creative. They have a satyrical sense of humour, and are able to laugh at both themselves and other people.They like to create their own unique style. Goths are also very intelligent and creative. A lot of them are writers and artists. Goths DON’T envy the popular people. They are what they are because it makes them happy. Goths would rather stay who they are and be among the so called “freaks” than be like everyone else and be popular. They understand that there are more important things in life than popularity, and usually succeed in life while the popular ones don’t become much of anything. ‘

    Pie, Muffins, cupcakes, waffles, pancakes, YouTubers, great Halloween parties (we celebrate Halloween too, but not that much), etc, etc, etc.
    I want to go to the United States. I’m expert in English! I also know some German, Spanish (Of course), some Russian, and some Japanese. I know very little of French, Italian, and Portuguese.

    1. I didn’t even know about this till yesterday even I looked up ‘poptropica rare costumes’. It was one of the first results in images. I looked around a bit,and apparently for this contest ,you could just look up ANYONE in the avatar studio and then submit THEM for this-without asking them,I might add. I made it to the semi-finals,apparently.

      What really confuses me though,is who one,I looked it up on the blog,but it didn’t show. And the last post on this blog was 4 months ago,so they had to have decided,right? Not that I know of. If you can find the post announcing who won,feel free to tell me. I mean,I knew when I got 4th place on the Poptropica Secrets Rare Costume Contest (mine WAS the rarest,just not stylish enough,even though that didn’t matter for the contest),but I wasn’t even informed that this EXISTED.

  80. What’s your least favorite Poptropica island?
    Mine is Virus Hunter Island. The same glitch keeps happening to me. I get the shredded notes and I can’t put them together, but I left the island and had the ability. Unforturly , I wish I knew that before I reset the island 5 times. Also, the play through is hard and confusing, but luckily I had PHB.

  88. Hey Staff. I found two advertisements on Pop: The Odd Squad and the Boxtrolls. I found the Odd Squad ad on Spy Island and the Boxtrolls ad on Early Poptropica Island. For the Odd Squad ad, boys get the Agent Otto costume and girls get the Agent Olive costume after watching the ad video. For the Boxtrolls ad, you watch the advertisement video and after you watch the video, you will get the Boxtrolls Transformer. And when you click on the Transform button on that limited time item, all the Poptropicans in the room become Boxtrolls.

        Aside from Skillet, Family Force 5, and my other favorite artists music that they play, I also like Furious Love (Veridia), Volcano (Rapture Ruckus), VIP (I forget who), and Come As You Are (Crowder).

        I wish they would play Chains by Crowder, it’s my favorite song from Neon Steeple.

  91. Poptropica is the BEST! I have so many ideas of how to improve it a bit:

    1) Make a Roald Dahl island- all of the story characters are mixed up and you need to organise them again.
    2) Us poptropicans can have our own home and look after it etc (homes can be on Early POP island)

    1. No,but please don’t read them. Half of them involve shipping all of them. Ugh. I once saw a Minecraft quiz for girls only where the protaganist,some random teenage girl,who we’re supposed to be playing as,is sucked into the hunger games with Sky,Think,and Graser. The first part,and most likely the whole quiz involves all of them flirting with you and you have to respond either flirting with one of them ordenying their advances.

      It’s really creepy (plus Think is MARRIED!) and it reeks of pedophilia more than Twilight or Fifty Shades of Grey. It was so disgusting that I quit the quiz after the first two choices. So please,don’t read MC fanfiction as long as there’s any terrible romance involved. Ugh.

  94. Hello fellow Poptropicans. My name is Silver Pear. Would you like to hear the Story of my existence? If you would, then read on.
    I came into life in the summer of 2011. My creator discovered the wonderful land of Poptropica in 2007, but didn’t know much about it, because she was quite young .
    In 2009 and 2010 my creator really started playing Poptropica. But she didn’t create any characters yet.
    but in the Summer of 2011 i came to life. During the first days of my life I completed all the islands there were, for my creator knew Poptropica well. Great pumpkin island was just open to members and there was the Woodstock follwer limited edition for memebrs in the Store. I wanted that so badly. Now i think it is one of the rarest items on poptropica.
    Anyways, I saw so much through my young eyes. Back then, before 2012 and 2013, for each island completed i would get 100 credits. that was enough to buy a costume from the store. three islands would make a gold card. After these islands were done i camped out in the spy island headquarters and went to the early Poptropica Common room and battled with other players. That was awesome.
    I was greedy, too. I bought a lot of costumes and islands from he store and showed them off. Now i have so much store items i cannot keep track of them. I also have the costume collector. it is a pity now there isn’t the collector in the store, because many non-members could benefit from that.
    In 2012 there came many new features of poptropica. The map became scrolling. There was the new Friends feature. I made many New friends. I made six best friends during the first few weeks. They are still my best friends now.
    Two of us are actively engaged in the Early Poptropica Common Room because we like to battle with other players. Her name is Brave Crush. She is the youngest of us, created in early 2012, and she is much more social than I am, so you may see her constantly in the Early Poptropica Common room trying to get people to play Sudoku with her.
    Another one of us has all these rare items. She has the tangled in lights costume that is gone from he store now.
    Anyways, now i have completed 41 islands. About half of these were completed when the islands were still 100 credits, so over these years i have raided almost the entire store. i am trying to complete the other islands, but my creator won’t let me. she is very busy, and I like to revisit islands, so i almost never get any new ones done.
    I cannot wait for Galactic hot dogs island to come out to non-members. Well, i am a devoted member to Poptropica for 4 years, but I don’t pay to get benefits. I don’t need benefits, because i am already awesome. Besides, my creator is stubborn. She has some piggy bank issues.
    I am already quite old for a poptropican. I don’t know if I will ever get married. I am always too busy exploring and traveling the world and competing on gameshows. But if i get too old then i’ll marry. And we’ll settle in the quiet magical woods of twisted thicket, or the bright sandy beaches of shark tooth. And we’ll have children, and raise them in Big nate and shrink ray island so they can go to wonderful schools. And go on adventures with them.

    I have to do my business now. I might come back and talk to you again about my life. Young poptropicans, I have gained a lot of stuff over my four years. I can tell you all about the drama and growth of this Poptropican world. I can even tell you about my Creators story of Poptropica before my existence.
