Super Mario Galaxy Tour on Poptropica Realms ⭐️👾🍄

Hey Poptropicans, this is a guest post by Invisible Ring, showcasing a Realm inspired by Super Mario Galaxy. Enjoy!

“You’re MINE, purple coins!”

“Go mama go!” “You can do it!” “Don’t give up!”

-GAME OVER-

“NOOOO, not again!”

“You were SO close!”

“I know! Purple comets are the WORST!”

Invisible Ring! …Are you playing Super Mario Galaxy again?

Of course! It’s one of the BEST Mario games… AND my blueprint for building my new Mario-themed Realm Tour…

That you’re LATE for! There are tourists waiting by your Starry Sky Gateway right NOW!

Oh! I forgot! …Good thing I found a magic wand to go with my Rosalina outfit. I’ll be there in a flash.

Welcome to the Comet Observatory of Poptropica Realms! It’s just below this little Gateway planet.  Mama built this planet and this ENTIRE observatory out of a tiny barren rock, just like the Rosalina from Super Mario Galaxy!

Thank you Luma, I couldn’t have said it better myself.

Mama even built ME! And ALL the Lumas you see in this Poptropica Realm!

That’s right! The rest of the Lumas are down below in the observatory and the underground theater.

How are you gonna take the visitors down there, mama? Are you gonna use your wand again?

Not this time, Luma! There’s a red pipe right there. It can take us all down to where the tour begins.

Ok. Good luck, Mama! Good luck, intergalactic tourists!

Oh, good, you made it out of the gate! The tour begins THIS way, just across the bridge! You ready, Mama?

We’re ready, Pink Luma!

Welcome to the first dome of our Observatory tour… The Kitchen!  As you can see, a Power Star powers the sink, the oven, and everything else inside this dome!

That’s not ALL I can do!  I know how to bake the BEST star bit cake in the galaxy!

By the way, Power Star, do you need any help with that cake?

It’s all under control! This is my restaurant, and nobody bakes Star Bit Cake the way I do!

Ok, then, I’ll leave you to it!

Above the kitchen is another red pipe…

Where you can teleport your way down to the library and read a book.

The next dome is my bedroom, with a Power Star as a night light.

Sometimes I sleep on the roof of this dome so I can watch the shooting stars.

But there are stars on the ground, too. Twinkling lights are etched all over the Observatory tent, so our comet can shine as bright as a Supernova.

Hey, you! Yeah, you! Would you like some star bits?  I’ve got more than I know what to do with!

Ok, I’ll take some star bits.

Great! Here’s 30 of them!

Lumali! Lumabop! Welcome to the Luma shop! I can sell you either a green mushroom or a red mushroom for just 30 star bits!

30 star bits? Perfect! …I’ll take the green mushroom.

Pleasure doin’ business with ya!

Speaking of mushrooms, check out what the Lumas built in the garage: a Mushroom Spaceship!

That’s right! We call it a Starshroom. It’s the best starship to fly in enemy territory, because of its toadstool camouflage. The enemy never shoots at a mushroom lost in space!

…And the Starshroom never has to worry about refueling, because the garage has been built right next to our Observatory’s main power source: The Grand Star. It connects to all the domes and Power Stars in this Realm, and the very radiance of the Grand Star is enough to refuel the ship a hundred times over!

Don’t forget about the Engine Room, Ring! That’s where we turn this whole Observatory into one GIANT spaceship of our own if need be!

Oh! Thanks for reminding me, Polari! By the way, how are the Engine Gearmos holding up?

“We’re doing fine! Nobody will dare go near THIS Power Star! Not even Bowser!”

“Yeah! I’m a ball of FIRE, just like the Grand Star! And on other days, my eyes are dynamite!”

“That’s right!  No thief will dare come near ANY of us without getting torched!”

And no thief will dare come near our most precious Power Star of all: the Red Power Star. It’s a secret star with the power of rare red Lumas like me, but the star will only lend its powers to those whom the star trusts.

Wow! …I wonder if the star trusts me? …And I wonder what the red star power is?

Only one way to find out, mama.

Look at that! I knew the Red Star could trust you! He’s given you the power to FLY!

Whoa— This is GREAT! WOOOOOOOO! Thank you, Red Star! This is just what I need to finish this tour…

For although the Terrace Dome lies down here…

…The Fountain Dome lies WAY up there!

…And don’t forget the planet of the Trial Galaxies. That’s the hardest place to reach in this Observatory.

…And finally, my favorite place, the Garden. It’s the perfect place to view all the wonders of the Starry Sky… AND the mountains of what this comet used to be.

That’s right, Mama. Just two weeks ago, this whole Realm looked exactly like all those mountains in the distance… Nothing but rock and a little Poptanium hidden underneath for you to build our home with!

Yes… That’s kind of how the original Star Comet Observatory from our favorite video game started out, isn’t it?

Yep! And you built such a fancy Realms version of it SO fast! …You must be tired.

I am tired… I should take a break and go play Super Mario Galaxy again!

We gotta finish the tour first! We both have teleporting powers; let’s teleport our visitors back to the Gate!

Good idea, Luma!

Oh! You’re back! Does this mean you’re done with the Realm Tour already??

Yes, this Realm isn’t as big as the other Realms I built… Say, where’s Luma?

He teleported right above you! He’s on the Gate planet right now!

Thanks! …I’ll take the red pipe and meet him up there.

“Go Mama go!”

“Reach for the Finish Line!”

…And that’s the end of our Super Mario Galaxy Realms Tour! Everyone, let’s give Mama a big round of applause!

Thank you, Luma, and thank you all for joining me on my Super Mario Galaxy Realms tour! To see my Realm in its full glory, be sure to watch my Realms video above, scroll down to my Realms slideshow, or check out my new Pop Fan Kids edition of this tour!

Have a Stellar trip, and stay tuned for my final Realms tour!
