Daily Pop Sneak Peeks

The battle bot in the cheese factory.

And yes, that is a Bones reference. From time to time we get a reminder of some of the great little things that Poptropica offers. One of those things is the abundance of free Mini-Quests that are available. Good ol’ Captain Crawfish is giving us a reminder about those Mini-Quests. Legendary Swords, Shrink Shot, Prepare for Impact, Dr. Hare’s Secret Lab, and the Haunted House are free and available for you to play.

Go out to the Poptropica Store and get any of those epic free adventures you don’t have right now!

Speaking of Legendary Swords, when are we getting those updates promised a year and a half ago? I would be pretty excited getting a Battle Arena or some new legendary adventures!

In other news, some strange images have been showing up in the Daily Pop. I don’t really know what to make of these sneak peeks.

I am going to go out on a limb here and say that these probably aren’t about Virus Hunter Island, so what are they about? A new Battle Bot Cheese Factory Glitch Island? What do you think all of these could be about?

  1. the stop sign and building are virus get it virus hunter and those are computer viruses the glitch and decode

  2. Well 1-2 could be for Virus Hunter Island. So could 3. And even 4! 4 could just be a building on the island, 1-2 could be the effect of the virus, and 3 could be the virus. Who knows? 😕

  3. I really hope the Battle Arena comes soon! I have played through Legendary Swords many times and now it is boring. This is the first time the Poptropica Creators have mentioned Legendary Swords in a long time. I wonder if they are working on the arena at all.

The picture of the wrecked building and glitch stop sign is intriguing to me. I don’t think it is for Virus Hunter Island though because the virus’s are in a persons body, not on the streets. Would the Creators give E.Vile his own island? I think the glitch island is a new one all on its own, and it is up to us to figure out what it is!

If you look on the Sneak Peeks for “On the Grid”
You see what looks like a robot made out of common household items. It almost reminds me of the adventures on Shrink Ray Island. What is up with that?

Also, I have one question. If you look on the Night Watch Island page on Poptropica, it says “cat burglars”. I know members got a cat burglar costume, but it says it like it is in the island, too. What is up with that?

    1. Part of the focus on Night Watch Island involves catching the cat burglar (which a burglar who is skilled at breaking and entering, usually not to do with cats, despite the name). There is actually just the one burglar, despite the plural in the island description. Also, yes, members were able to get the Cat Burglar costume during early access, which unlike the Night Watch burglar’s costume, was more feline-based.

  4. I also have one more question. On Virus Hunter Island, do you think we are going into a poptropican or a dog? I was looking at the Sneak Peeks and there is one titled “Doggone It” that says the heart beats faster for a man’s best friend. It shows a heart. Are we going to battle viruses in a dog?

  5. *stares at the battlebot Daily Pop, and the “On the Grid” (http://prntscr.com/1477r9) Daily Pop* Could this be finally from the Battle Arena? Dearest Poptropica Creators, it’s about time if it is so. I have no clue about the glitch one. Wait… virus. There’s a double meaning in that word. It’s referred to both the disease causing things and… a bug in a computer that can cause it to glitch.

Okay, I’m probably way off-course with this one, but it was worth a try.

    1. You make a good point, Brave Tomato! I never thought about having those bots in the Battle Arena!

I am still puzzled by that virus. Maybe it is in the streets along with inside a person (or dog).

  6. The body systems make me think about a body virus. These new sneak peeks suggest a computer virus. Is there a connection between these 2 different types of viruses for Virus Hunter Island?
