Zomberry Island!
One by one, the citizens of Eastman are mutating into something horrible. Now, the city is quarantined, the survivors are trapped, and ghouls prowl the streets. No one knows how the zombie outbreak began… but how it ends is up to you!
Zomberry Island is coming soon to Poptropica. We’ll have a lot more information soon!
Yeah… that’s a great holiday gift, Creators. Sending zombies into our path. Merry undead Christmas to you too! How about I send you a brain? Don’t worry, it’s fake. I think.
This isn’t the first time the Creators sent us an undead-themed island around the holidays. Last year, Ghost Story Island was released around the holidays. Now, zombies are going to invade. *sighs*
Oh well. Whatever the Creators throw at us, they throw at us. I’m excited to see what’s up with this island.

Zomberry?… Zom… Berry… really? Wow… just wow. I do like Halloween an scary stuff though! So getting spooky islands by Christmas is a great present for me! I can’t wait until we get to know a little more about this strawberry flavored rotten flesh island. Get it? Strawberry. Fruit. Rotten Flesh. Zombie… Whatever. 🙄

What is eastman?
Slanted Fish: Based on context, it sounds like that’s the name of the city.
And where is it? I’m confused about the plot.
The city would be located on the island (it sounds odd, but take “the city of Arturus” on Astro-Knights Island for example). Based on the description we’re given of Zomberry Island so far, the plot seems to be about people turning into zombies. Hope that helps!

Ooh, a zombie apocalypse island! That should be entertaining. But, seeing as this is the last island of 2012, I’m a bit disappointed that they didn’t release Monster Carnival – it was hinted in the official Poptropica Friends trailer from 0:12-0:15. They wrote “MonsterCarnival2012.”
Zomberry Island sounds like the city-based island we’ve been seeing in the Daily Pops for a while now. 😀
To SF: I think the MonsterCarnival2012 was just the username example they used. I don’t think it was hinting at an island or costume or anything for 2012.

Slanted Fish!!! I just went on Poptropica, clicked on friends and guess what! Well you know how near the top it has a tab for friends and for multiverse? In between those there is a tab that says tribe! You can click on it and join a common room to chat, friend, and battle members of your own tribe! 😀

Even though they technically already said what it’s about, I think that a scientist is going to invent a toxic berry (Hence the name Zom Berry), but then he eats it and turns into a zombie, then bites someone, causing a huge chain. Anybody agree?
Well that is possible, considering we don’t know exactly why the put berry in the island name.
I said “Hence the name ZomBerry,” although it is only possible.

I think I know why they call it “Zomberry” island. I think that somebody, like an evil scientist or something, is putting toxic berries in smoothies and selling them. The berries turn whoever drinks the smoothies into zombies. Get it?

I wish they would put out the never relesed island monster carnival. It’s sad that it never came out.
in the daily pop it showed metal barrels with a toxic waste sign on it and an oil truck that crashed and oil leaking. i think that stuff leaked into fruit in fruit stands and the fruit for the smoothie shops. when people eats fruits or fruit smoothies they mutate into zomberries check out the video trailer it is awesome
