Yes, you’re all thinking O_o, WTH?, and all that. XD Just what kind of island uses a stuffed, unreal chicken for an alarm?! Will we be facing a Jurassic Island? Mansion Island? We’ll have to wait and see. 😛 BTW, did anyone notice the broken egg and barbed wire on the tree? XD Some of our commenters have suggested that this could be a trap of sorts.

Hijuyo: In other news, the PHB’s Second Annual Halloween Costume Contest has just closed. The judges are excited to see the 100+ entries we have received, and we have good news for everyone: YOU get to play a role in the judging!
During the next week, the judges will get together to decide on TEN finalists. This will then go into a poll that we will post on the PHB (watch for it next Friday, October 15th!), and ANYONE can vote on who they think has the best costume.
The poll will end JUST before Halloween (which gives you 2 weeks of intense competition!) so we can announce the winners on the night of scares! 😀

look its a fake …chicken a bag for the body a cone for the mouth(you can see the string)and all the other fake parts.Probably a bait for the dino..Check out the barbed wires on the tree…

Do you think it is a trap for the Dino?
1. Dino Grabs Chicken
2. bell rings
3. farmer runs out
4. farmer shoots Dino
5. farmer doesn’t have to worry about the Dino killing all his animals any more!
I think that this is some kind of trap to catch a Dino. Who knows, we might join some kind of animal conservation group that helps save dinosaurs from people and move them to a safe place!
I just noticed something, THE CHICKEN IS FAKE!!
1. it has no eyes.
2. if you look closely, you will see that the beak is actually just held there with a thin thread tied around the head.
3. Come on people, it’s patched up! Do you think real chickens would grow little perfect squares of red and green?

wierd alarm maybe it goes cock-a-doodle-doo in the morning i have no clue what the next island is i have beaten all but skullduggery. those creators have some crazy minds
Maybe you’re being chased by some animal and you use it as a decoy to get away while the animal tries to eat it?

GUYS CANT YOU SEE THESE ALL FIT TOGETHER???? A dodo, (an extinct animal) a chicken (a bird) cant you see that this means those werent dinosaur tracks, THEY WERE GIANT BIRD TRACKS!!!
That kinda fits. that explains why the alarm is shaped like a chicken, not a dino. Interesting idea!

my ideas:
1: It’s a boobie trap.
2: It’s a pinata
3: It’s a ticking time bomb (highly unlikely)
4: The alarm is set off and the chicken starts doing the chicken dance.
5: Something like a key is hidden inside and you have to get it out without setting the alarm (you know that kind of thing that’s reacurring)
6: As mentioned above, it’s bait.
Hey, shouldn’t the bell be the alarm? eg: (or egg lol)
1: Dino shakes ground with footsteps.
2: Chicken swings on rope, bell rings.
3: Everyone can escape.
4: YOUR poptropican has to deal the dino (why do WE have to do all the hard work? I mean, seriously!)

Maybe your supposed to hit it, then the alarm goes off, an egg rolls down a blue ramp and hits a giant bird that goes after you?
I have it: a farm related island! It all fits, the cowbell, the chicken egg, and the country estate (farms are out int country)!
