Steamworks Island

Any mindless baboon would see the error in this post. >.<

Captain Crawfish: Are you calling me a mindless baboon?

Green Boa: Technically, no. I’m calling you worse than a mindless baboon. Because a mindless baboon can see the error, and you can’t.

Captain Crawfish: Why you insulent little-

Green Boa: Nommer? >:D

Captain Crawfish: Now don’t start that again. You PHB freaks might’ve just eliminated Captain Crawfish I and II, but I’m Captain Crawfish III, the upgraded version.

Green Boa: Upgraded taste? Woo!

Captain Crawfish: Upgraded strength and intelligence, excuse me.

Green Boa: If your intelligence is so upgraded, let’s see if you can find your mistake…

I spent so much time fooling around on Steamworks Island that I completely forgot about trying to finish the quest! And now here we are, on the eve of the Island opening to everybody, that I can’t even brag anymore about being a Member and having Early Access. C’est la vie.

Anywho, I was intrigued in my travels to come across this strange sort of lever on Steamworks Island.

One side was clearly much longer than the other.

Standing on that side did nothing.

Odd. But standing on the other side…

It began to drop!

Once I reached the bottom, the whole thing locked into place.

Right then, I really, truly was ready to stop messing around and get started on my Steamworks Island adventure. But look at that! Early Access is already almost over, and soon the floodgates will open.

We hope everybody enjoys Steamworks Island when it opens to the public tomorrow!

CAPTAIN CRAWFISH

Captain Crawfish: Uhhh, my head’s too big?
Green Boa: O___________0
Captain Crawfish: Well you tell me then, Mr Icanprancearoundinanerdyicecreamconeandaccusepiratesofbeingbadcostumes genius!
Green Boa: Anyone could tell that the longer side would go down a lot faster than the short side. The longer the lever, the more leverage. More leverage= easier lifting. The fantastic Greek scientist Archameidies once said: “With a lever long enough I could lift the world!”
Captain Crawfish: Grrrrr.
Green Boa: 🙂

Captain Crawfish: So? A little mistake. So what?
Green Boa: Soooo poptropica should be educational. Punish the pirate! Punish the pirate!
Captain Crawfish: Arrrr, what can you do? Make me walk the plank? I’m Captain Crawfish III remember? I’m protected from that rubbish.
Green Boa: Oh. We better stick with Plan A then.
Captain Crawfish: And what’s that?
Green Boa: *opens jaw* Aaaaarh.
Captain Crawfish: Aaaaaaaaargh! *runs*
Green Boa: NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM. *afterwoods* Mmm, yum. Defienetly upgraded taste. 😀
I sure hope the creators have more CCs in store, because Captain Crawfish III might’ve been protected from walking the plank, but he was prone to NOMNOM NOMMERS!
