So, now that I’m an actual author, I suppose it’s time the series I started on the PHB not too long ago resurfaces. In short, these “Popspiracies” are what we think is cooking up behind the scenes at Poptropica HQ. You know, the things Skinny Moon would love to tell us but can’t? 😛
Here is my little theory.
Yes, I cannot let go of Legendary Swords. I never will.
This had me thinking. Why would Poptropica buy (or make themselves, we don’t know!) wall decor for an apparent Legendary Swords robot we never saw in-game? 
We definitely didn’t see this fella in the first Legendary Swords. Why would they make this character, its design, and have them as literal wall decor in their headquarters if development on it was abandoned?
Here’s where my final points come in. Let’s look at the first Daily Pop sneak peek we had this month.
For one, that definitely feels like outer space in the background, considering the apparent portal or wormhole or whatever time universe space jazz that is.
Second, is that not a purple cave? Oh, where else did we see purple caves in space, huh?
Also, the menacing darkened entity in the background. It has glowing red eyes. Now, E.Vile does not have glowing red eyes. But – the robots do!
While it is obvious enough – we then look at the caption. “I’m only happy when it reigns.” That is a play on words, and from what we know from Reign of Omegon (the title of the third episode of PoptropiCon), this can only mean one thing. Whatever that creature is, it wants control. Probably of Poptropica and the universe, and we all know that was E. Vile’s goal, right before we kinda never saw him again…

Awesome theory! But to be honest, I don’t think that sneak peak was of E.Vile of his robots. I think it’s something for Omegon, since another sneak peak had a picture of the PoptropiCon building and both of them had that same animation studio thing on them.

I don’t know if it currently in development or if it on a hiatus, but I believe Legendary Swords will be back. Some day.
Also, no. Legends never die. Look at LEGO Bionicle, Pet Shop Boys and Mario and Sonic.

Okay, okay…
So, both Omegon and E.Vile are bent on Poptropica domination. IMO, O can just be E with a cooler outfit. And, think about it, there are a lot of connections with Omegon and Legendary Swords. And, on top of that, LS makes a cameo in Poptropicon 2’s common room.
Those are my top reasons, TBH.

That would be SO awesome!!! I am REALLY looking forward to the new islands Poptropica will be having this year, because Escape from Pelican Rock totally ROCKED (See what I did there?)!!! Geez, I’ve gotta come up with some better jokes…

Do legends ever die? Has Balloon Boy died in our minds? No, we always have a ray of hope he will come down some day. Had the legend of Monster Carnival died before it was finally released? No. Therefore, I believe the Creators know they can wait a very long time before they actually release an island because we don’t let legends die. 🙂
lemme just say, the day balloon boy comes down will be a sad day indeed.
Indeed. Once the balloon gets high enough, the air pressure will be too great, and the balloon will pop, thus sending poor balloon boy to his doom.
Interesting theory… really makes sense when you put things together, but I’m not completely hooked yet. Now on the other hand, that last graphic is pretty top notch. 😉

I have a theory:
What if E. Vile and Omegon are the same person? The reason that Legendary Swords never continued was because E. Vile (or Omegon, whatever you want to call him) was busy taking over Poptropicon!
First, E. Vile began takeover of whatever planet that was. Once he was foiled by the poptropican (you), he was angry and wanted to take revenge. Unfortunately, he promised his minions they would take over Poptropica, so he got new costumes for himself and his minions, assumed a new evil name and took over the convention center. The same poptropican defeated him, and we haven’t seen him since. For all we know, he could be in hiding, preparing to strike again, preparing to not only take over Poptropica, not only take over that random planet, but to become supreme ruler over all the galaxy!
Side note: Your poptropican’s rocket from Legendary Swords was probably from the Pewter Moon’s rocket maker in Astro-Knights, though undoubtedly modified.
