If you thought the ninja in the store was cool, then you’re going to explode when you find out what Poptropica has released into the store.

The shadow warriors were appearing everywhere.  Scaling over buildings, fighting with swords, and throwing ninja-throwing stars (that always makes me laugh). They reeked havoc throughout all of Poptropica.
But from the darkness of Poptropica a bright light shines. A small flicker of hope for the people of the land. Dressed in white clothing embroided with pure gold. The Light Ninja steps out to share his treasured outfit. 

Limited Edition - Light Ninja

This new limited edition costume is available for purchase until Aug 23, 2009. That means you have only 5 – 6 days (depending on where you are) till it vanishes back into the the shadows.

 

The symbols in the middle are Kanji. An old Japanese language.
The symbols translate to ‘Ninja’.

Here is some information on Ninjas:

Ninja were people provided with special techniques in the art of war, and flourished in the Sengoku era (1467-1568). They are also known as shadow warriors. The Ninja were very spiritual people, and their beliefs became an essential part of Ninjutsu (the art of stealth). 

Ninja could sneak into enemy territories and spy on the enemy’s war tactics. They sometimes assassinated enemy leaders. Some of the Ninja techniques are walking on and submerging into water, scaling walls, walking without sound and disappearing suddenly without any trace.

  12. It’s kind of cool, and I bought it, but I think the creators need to stop putting out all these nearly-pointless costumes and work on Reality TV Island, what the Poptropicans REALLY want.     1. You know they cant always post on time. ST, Gazek, and Codien are on the other side of the world so they have to go to school! The others have summer vacation but they might be doing other stuff too like Motion taking care of the PHF.

      1. Not necessarily for ST, at least. (I’m sure Codien might be at school; the Australian system is different, I think; as for Gazek, I don’t know.) Hong Kong schools start either in August or the 1st of September or later. (The 1st of September is only for local schools.)

        Sorry that this isn’t really related to Poptropica and I may have broken a rule by speculating on the authors’ lives.

        ST: I actually started school last week, which seems to be way earlier than most people. But you’re right, most schools in HK start on Sept 1st. O_o But let’s get back on topic. 😛

  26. omg ifound the next limited edtion costume!first go to the renegade robot at the store on poptropica.first it was the limited edition renegade robot.second was the limited editon white ninja.now look whos next to the renegade robot at the store.the midnight ninja and the white ninja is at the store.look whos next to the ninja.THE ROCK STAR!I PREDICT THE NEXT LIMITED EDITION COSTUME IS THE ROCK STAR!but its just a preditction.i might be wrong.

  33. That was really awesome. I bought it but I don’t have it due to the fact that I lost the account it was on and the account I am using is like my 4th account but I have been in Poptropica since Shark Tooth Island was considered “new” XD

  35. man this sucks because i never got the chance to buy it but i still have an awesome account. I have beaten all 28 islands and have 193 friends but I only have 75 credits and who knows they might make another limited edition item so if they do I’ll have enough to buy it.
