Hey guys, BT here! The new island has been announced! Remember those Greek ruin-esque Daily Pops you saw? Well, these Creators give us something to really leave us anticipating: a trailer that doesn’t yet have island footage, but it does give us some facts about what it’s about through stuff… and even a short thing of a Poptropican throwing a javelin!

Poptropolis Games seems like a combonation of an Olympics event in the Atlantis-like ruins of Poptropolis. There must be a certain time every year, when Poptropolis rises from the water and the people hold an Olympic-like event. And probably each player is divided into “tribes”.
Well, we’ll just have to keep an eye out for the…. JAVELIN!

As much as i love the hunger games, This is based off the olympics which started WAY before the author was even born

Hello Poptropica Help Blog! Long time no see! Just check my sneak peek video of the new island called “Poptropolis Games Island”.
I can’t wait to find out what the storyline is! Though, how much storyline you can have with something that’s based on the Olympics, I’m not sure…
It looks like the Greek Olympics with a tad bit of Roman stuff, obviously based off Rick Riordan’s Heroes of Olympus, The Lost Hero and Son of Neptune.
Um… Heroes of Olympus had nothing to do with the actual Olympics…
It was the idea of a mix of Greek and Roman ideas that I meant. I was also saying it was a combination of the Greek and Roman Olympics, Max…..

Poptropolis Games is alike with RTV! They have compotitions and the least important part, Gangster Dude in the hurdles!
